Georgia crossed her arms and leaned against the vanity, her towel slipping slightly. "Think carefully," she warned, her tone equal parts playful and daring. "You only get one chance."
Nick rubbed his chin between his fingers, exaggerating the thinking gesture before his lips curved into a slow grin. "I know exactly what you've written." He crooked his finger at her, beckoning her closer.
Georgia scoffed, but couldn't fight the smile tugging at her lips. With an eye roll, she padded toward him, settling on the edge of the tub. She bent low, close enough that his breath brushed her ear.
When Nick whispered his answer, her eyes widened instantly. She jerked upright, staring at him in shock.
His smirk deepened. "Why do you look like that? Don't tell me I nailed it. Let me see what you've written."
Georgia's throat tightened. Before Nick could fully process her silence, she darted for the counter, snatched up the folded paper, and bolted out of the bathroom.
