Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: Eternal Throne System!

Chapter 2: The Eternal Throne System!

Elias's thoughts swirled with memories of his past life, the pain and loneliness he had endured as a prince in the imperial court. The weight of his insignificance crushed him, and he felt a great pain in his head, as if the memories themselves were suffocating him.

The pain intensified, becoming almost unbearable. Elias's vision blurred, and he felt like he was drowning in a sea of despair. He wanted to scream, to let out the anguish that had built up over the years. The pain was so intense that he wished for death, for an end to the suffering.

Just as he thought he couldn't take it anymore, a cold voice echoed in his mind.

"Eternal Throne System activated."

The voice was detached, devoid of emotion, but it cut through Elias's pain like a knife. He felt a strange sensation, as if his mind was being scanned and analyzed.

"What... what is this?" Elias whispered, his voice barely audible.

As the voice faded away, a blue interface materialized in front of Elias. The screen was sleek and modern, with a futuristic feel that seemed out of place in the decaying palace. Text began to scroll across the screen, and the voice spoke again in his mind.

"Eternal Throne System initialized.

Purpose: to assist the throne holder in building the strongest empire. The system will provide quests, guidance, and rewards to aid in the throne holder's journey."

Elias's eyes widened as he scanned the interface. The system's logo, a stylized throne with a glowing aura, pulsed with energy. Below it, a list of options appeared:

1. *Quests*: View current and upcoming quests.

2. *Rewards*: Claim rewards for completed quests.

3. *Empire Status*: View current empire statistics and rankings.

.....

Elias's eyes widened as the golden interface materialized before him. As a man of science, he had always been skeptical of transmigration and divine intervention. Yet, here he was, staring at a golden interface that seemed to be pulled straight from a fantasy novel.

The interface flickered, and text appeared. Elias's eyes scanned the screen, and he saw that it was showing a quest.

["Quest]: Give a speech of hope to your knights," the interface read. "Your knights are down, and they need a leader to inspire them.

[Reward]: High-Level Knight Cultivation Technique and Celestial Divine Core.

Elias's eyes widened as he read about the Celestial Divine Core. According to the interface, the core allowed the cultivator to merge the paths of knight and mage, becoming a dual cultivator.

"Impossible," Elias whispered. "No one has ever cultivated both knight and mage paths simultaneously. It's said to be mutually exclusive."

But the interface seemed to confirm that he would be the first person to achieve this feat. Elias's mind reeled with the implications.

After a moment of contemplation, Elias decided to accept the quest. He called out for Gareth, the middle-aged knight who had entered the room earlier .

"Gareth, please gather all the knights," Elias said. "I have something to say to them."

Gareth nodded and left the room.

...

Two minutes later, all the knights had gathered in the large room.

Elias stood before them, took a deep breath and looked at the 500 knight Infront of him, and began to speak.

"Men, I know we've been through a lot," Elias said, his voice steady and determined. "We've been banished, stripped of our titles and privileges. But I tell you this: we are not defined by our past. We are defined by our future. And our future is bright."

The knights looked at each other, some with skepticism, others with hope.

"We may not have the empire's favor now," Elias continued, "but we will earn our own respect. We will build our own empire, one that will make the one we left behind look like a mere shadow. And when we do, they will regret banishing us."

Elias's voice grew stronger, more passionate.

"You men are the bravest, most loyal warriors I have ever had the privilege to lead. And I promise you, our loyalty will be rewarded. We will rise from the ashes, and we will shine brighter than ever before."

The knights looked at each other, and Elias could see the spark of hope igniting in their eyes.

"So let us march forward, together," Elias concluded. "Let us build our empire, and let us show the world what we're capable of. We will not be forgotten. We will not be ignored. We will be remembered as the greatest empire the world has ever known."

" But , if any of you want to leave or feel like you don't want to follow me , you can leave now and I will not hold you responsible."

Elias looked at the knight and saw that no one wanted to leave he continue.

.............

"We will rise to greatness," Elias declared, his voice echoing through the room. "We will not be held back by the chains of our past. We will forge our own destiny, and we will make our mark on the world."

The knights' eyes burned with determination, their faces set with unyielding resolve.

"It will not be easy," Elias continued. "There will be obstacles, there will be challenges. But we will overcome them. We will persevere. Because in this world, it's kill or be killed. And I choose to kill."

The knights' voices rose in a fierce cheer, their battle cries echoing through the room. Elias stood tall, his eyes blazing with determination.

"We will not be defeated," Elias declared. "We will not be deterred. We will rise, we will conquer, and we will reign supreme. Because we are the knights of our empire, and we will not be forgotten."

The room fell silent, the knights' eyes locked on Elias with unwavering loyalty. They knew that they had found a leader, a leader who would guide them to greatness.

"Let us march forward," Elias said, his voice steady and strong. "Let us conquer the world, and let us make our mark on history."

The knights erupted into cheers, their voices echoing through the room. Elias stood tall, his heart filled with pride and purpose.
