This was the only solution Kevin could think of at the moment. The familiar bloody smell and cold sensation had reappeared, and he knew that as an ordinary human, he could never compete with the "monster" in front of him who resembled a human but was actually an alien species. But after shouting those words, he didn't have much hope either: he was less than two meters away from the "girl" in front of him!
A gust of wind came from behind, and Kevin knew it was Lily, who had transformed and was rushing over to rescue him. At the same time, Kevin also immediately pushed off with his feet, preparing to jump to the side, so that the werewolf and the suspected vampire would face each other head-on, and he would be safe!

Almost as soon as he had the idea to dodge, the black-haired girl with straight hair in front of him had reached out with movements far faster than a human's reaction speed. She grabbed Kevin's arm and pulled him behind her with such brute force that it almost felt like his arm would be broken. Lily's idiotic behavior made Kevin completely give up on escaping from the vampire. In the blink of an eye, the two unconventional creatures had entangled themselves in a fight. Lily, like a silver glow, dashed left and right at the entrance of the rental apartment, desperately trying to reach Kevin. And that mysterious vampire girl, even in the daytime, did not lose much in speed. The vampire girl's personal air conditioner was freaking cold.
"You might have a misunderstanding!" Seeing the way the two glared at each other, Kevin knew they might fight again at any moment. So he quickly stepped between them (of course, leaning slightly towards Lily), "I have to confirm one thing first: This... vampire girl, you didn't actually plan to kill me, did you?"
