The situation becomes less intense after the group who came out from the void put down their weapons, which give the captain chance to try and understand who they are.
the captain and Archi had a leaders talk.
" So, you claim to be one of the people that despaired in V-Day "
" That's right "
" Is this all of you, or are there more on the way ".
Archi with a heavy heart said.
" This is all of us, there is no one coming after us ".
the captain feeling the pain in Archi heart started slowly to trust his words.
" We have to detain you for now, and that until we make sure you are who you claim to be ".
Archi wasn't offended by what the captain said.
"of course, there is no problem, after all your just doing your job, to make sure to protect people ".
the captain signalled to his soldiers to go down to the group.
the soldiers surrounded the group and started to handcuff them, which annoyed Archi who said with a serious voice as he looked at the captain.
" You don't have to do this, since even if you did, it will be meaningless ".
the captain understood the hidden meaning behind Archi words as he thought.
"So, you're saying that, the only reason we captured you is because you let us, and that you could break at any moment."
the captain chuckled as he thought.
" Archi,you seem like an interesting man".
the captain lifted his hand as he shouted his order to the soldiers.
"There is no need, i trust that our friends here will keep their promise".
the soldiers started removing the handcuffs from the group.
a soldiers reached one of the group members, but as he get close to remove the handcuffs, the man easily shattered them in front of him.
the soldier felled on his back as he get sacred from what he saw, and he was not the only one as all the soldiers witnessed what happened.
the man who was barely holding his rage said with a menacing.
" don't bother, i already took care of it ".
Archi let out a sigh of relief as he quietly said.
"That was close, if he lost his temper here, things would have gotten much more complicated "
The soldiers took the group to the detention area on the research base, and after making sure that everything was fine. the captain contacted the governments alliance.
the governments alliance an organization created after V-Day to take care of everything related to the Void.
the captain delivered a detailed report on the events of that day, the sudden energy spike, the appearance of people from the void with powers beyond logic, and their mysteries leader Archi.

the office was filled with scattered papers and files so much that you could barely walk in the office.
the door was open in a hurry as a woman came in shouting.
" Mister, Areso you have to look at this, its urgent ".
she shouted as she moved towards the disk because she could not see Areso.
" Mister, Areso where are you, please answer me, this is not the right time for you to disappear ".
As she reached the desk a man came out from the pile of paper scaring the woman.
the man had a black hair with blue eyes and he looked in his 30, with dark marks under his eyes signifying his lack of sleep.
" Mister, Areso..."
Areso lifted his hand before the woman could finish talking cutting her mid-sentence.
he calmly put a cigarette on his mouth, and lighted up, and took a deep breath from it, then he let it out in a cloud of smoke.
Areso looked at the woman with bored eyes, cigarette in hand as he said.
"If it is another one of these fake reports, i will make sure they fire you ".
the woman quickly responded.
" it's not fake, the hole headquarters are flipped upside down because of it ".
Areso interested asked.
"Then tell me what's the big deal?".
the woman with a big smile said.
"People just came out from the Void and they are now in the research base ".
Areso who still had the same bored expression, calmly said.
"Give, me the report".
the woman gived Areso the report, which he started reading while smoking his cigarette like he was reading a newspaper and not a top classified document.
the woman annoyed by Areso indifference, asked.
" Does this news not interest you at all ".
Areso still reading through the document answered her.
"It isn't that i am not interested, but it's more like i expected this to happen eventually".
the woman surprised asked.
" What do you mean? ".
Areso, with the same indifferent tone answered.
" This was bound to happen, since a rift is just a gate that thing pass throw, but i guess we were lucky that they were people and not something else".
the woman getting a little scared said.
" Like what? ".
Areso was getting ready to answer her, but something took his attention in the report making him stand up quickly, causing his chair to fall. the woman startled asked.
" what's wrong? ".
Areso too focused on what he read on the report, he didn't listen to what the woman said, as he quietly said.
" This can't be true, it has to be just a coincidence, but again if anyone can do it, he will be the one".
Areso quickly grabbed the report and his vest as he quickly exited the office.
the woman screamed in the hall way.
" Mister, Areso ".
the woman then let out a sight as she said.
" I guess, the person who said that all genius people were crazy wasn't wrong ".

the soldiers in the research base confirmed the identities of the group members, and it came back positive.
meaning that the group wasn't lying and they truly survived a trip inside the void.
on the helicopter landing platform, the captain with the soldiers were waiting for the arrival of the agent sent by the government alliance.
the captain lost in thought.
"Usually, they take time to send agents and their not even that good, but to send him out off all other agents, it seems like the government alliance are taking this matter seriously".
the captain continued as the helicopter was landing.
"As they should, since this discovery will change the way we see the world forever".
Areso came out from the helicopter and quickly moved towards the captain skipping all formalities and surprising him, as he said with serious eyes.
" Give me the pass key, to unlock the detention center ".
the captain tried to say no, but remembering Areso personality he complied.
Areso took the pass and moved quickly leaving the captain and soldiers behind as he said.
" I know the way ".
on the way to the detention center the captain as he looked at Areso who didn't say a word since then and was focused on reaching the detention center thought.
"Areso, no matter how much time passes you never change, you just do what you think is right and you didn't care about what people will think".
the captain scratched his head as he looked at Areso eyes that were burning with confidence he thought.
"As long as it's right in your eyes, then the rest doesn't matter".

the group were trying to pass time waiting for their release, some were sleeping other were playing chess, and other were chatting while drinking coffee.
Archi who was reading a book, looked up at the group, seeing the happiness in their eyes, he quietly smiled as he thought.
"You did it Archi, you kept your word and you brought them back home".
the door of the detention center was opened which get everyone on high alert leaving what they were doing.
Areso looked at the group, not even flinching even though he knew their inhuman power.
" Where is your leader? ".
Archi put down his book and started moving forward.
" Here i am, you must be the agent they send, i am..."
Areso cut Archi with eyes filled with tears said.
" Archi, it's really you "
Archi looked up saying Areso face, a big smile filled his face.
" Areso, my friend i am back ".
Areso and Archi came face to face.
" Please tell me you're not some kind of an alien who's playing dress up ".
Archi chuckled and said.
" don't worry, even if i was, you would have noticed from the first time you saw me ".
" And what makes you so sure ".
" Because, you're Areso, the genius Areso ".
the two had a firm hand shake that had the weight of time in it.
Areso said.
" I was sure that, if you didn't die that day, but you were stuck in the Void, you would find a way to escape from it, no matter how much time it takes ".
Archi replied.
" Even i didn't have all that faith in myself ".
they looked around them to see everyone staring surprised that the two knew each other.
Archi said.
" Arseo, you might want to wipe your face from these tears, i know you from when we were kids and you hated showing your weak side to people ".
Areso wiped his face now back to his calm and calculative state, said.
" You know me better than anyone, but now we have more important things to deal with".
Archi and Areso sit down in a table in the detention center, facing each other with the group and the captain surrounding them.
Areso looked straight in Archi eyes as he asked.
" Tell me friend, what did you face in there that made you grow a streak of white hair ".
Archi let out a sigh as he started to recall the events.
in his own words it was a real hell in there, but he started by explaining what happened when he first entered the Void.
" When i was first absorbed by the Dark rift i thought i died, but unexpectedly i wasn't "
Archi was lying in the middle of a dirt road, and on its sides were tall trees with no leaf's.
the fog filled the forest, and when he stood up, he saw a majestic view that only existed in stories.
A giant castle the size of a complete city, it gives off a strong felling of power, making Archi legs shake as he looked at it.
Archi looked at the forest that was filled with fog as he thought to himself.
" If i enter that forest, it will be impossible for me to come back ".
left with no other choices, Archi moved towards the castle.
As Archi reached the castle, he didn't find any guards at the gate and it was weirdly really quiet.
Archi pushed the door who seemed very old letting out dust as if it's been a long time since it was last opened .
Archi moved forward, but he stooped as he saw what was inside.
it was an endless room that seemed to stretch to infinite and in the middle of it there was a single chair decorated with gold.
A knight wearing black armour with golden carvings on it, and a golden halo havering above his head.
beside him was a giant golden sword that was pinned to the ground.
the sword looked extremely unique as it looked like it was made from thousands of swirling conjoined golden lines.
the knight was looking at the ground as he lied on his chair staring into nothing like he was asleep.
but as Archi took a step forward to get close, the knight suddenly lifted his head his eyes glowing under his helmet with golden light as he looked straight at Archi eyes.
At that short moment that didn't exceed few seconds, Archi filet like he died hundreds of thousands of times or even more than that, making him nearly lose his mind.
Archi mind was pushed to his limit as a white streak of white hair appeared on his head from the fear he felt.
