A sharp hiss tore through the air as Szayel Aporro's arms were ripped clean off. The pain was so intense he howled, a raw, broken cry that reverberated through the Eighth Palace. Nilu and the others paled at the bloody spectacle, their throats tightening as Peixue and Dondochakka swallowed hard.
The sight of their tormentor suffering filled them with grim satisfaction, yet the brutality of the scene made their hearts shudder. None of them realized that what they were witnessing was only the beginning.
Szayel's veins bulged across his forehead, sweat dripping down his cheeks as his chest heaved. His eyes burned with hatred, but inside that fury flickered fear. Su Li stood above him, his gaze cool, but his sight seemed to pierce beyond Szayel's face toward the secret passage hidden behind him.
"I didn't say you could go," Su Li murmured, his voice calm as a spring breeze—yet to Szayel, it was colder than winter's wind. The boy raised his hand slowly, reaching behind Szayel Aporro.
Szayel's pupils shrank in panic, but before he could react, Su Li seized his wings and tore them off with a sickening rip. Blood spattered violently as Szayel's shrieks rattled the palace walls. Nilu's group turned pale, unable to feel his pain but assaulted by the sound of it.
Peixue and Dondochakka, however, flushed. Fear gave way to a dark excitement. The image of Szayel's arms and wings being torn echoed their own memories—the day he had ripped their masks from their faces. Now the same torment was being returned, a hundredfold. The heavens had not spared him. Their eyes brimmed with tears as joy mingled with pain.
In Su Li's brutal retribution, they saw no cruelty. To them, he was divine justice itself—the hand of a god delivering judgment. Their gazes locked onto his back with unrestrained reverence, frenzy sparking in their eyes.
Su Li knew of their past. That was why he chose this method. He wanted them to witness vengeance with their own eyes. With quiet detachment, he stepped on Szayel's head and drove it into the stone floor. Blood burst from his mouth as Su Li reached for his wings again. Szayel trembled in terror but could not resist. Su Li tore again. Blood sprayed. The scientist could no longer scream, only issue a beast-like growl from deep in his throat.
Nilu shivered violently, overwhelmed by the sheer horror of it. Peixue and Dondochakka, however, flushed deeper, enthralled by the echo of justice. Su Li cast the wings aside as if they were nothing, and without hesitation, reached for the last. Calm as a farmer harvesting cane, he stripped Szayel Aporro of everything.
The Espada collapsed in a pool of his own blood, twitching and gasping, his life draining away. His vision blurred, sanity flickering, yet his gaze fixed desperately on the far corner of the laboratory.
Peixue and Dondochakka, overwhelmed, broke down in tears and clung to each other. "Su Li-sama! You are our god!" Their grief and hatred finally found release, and in their eyes Su Li was no longer simply a Shinigami—he was a divine executioner, an answer to their prayers.
Nilu, staring blankly, did not understand. She did not know why her brothers wept or why her own tears fell with theirs. They were tears of joy, though she could not grasp why. Fragmented memories surfaced within her mind like broken glass—moments she could not seize, memories retreating like the tide. Exhausted, she sank to the floor, pale and trembling, unable to comprehend her own happiness.
Meanwhile, Su Li squatted beside the broken Espada, tilting his chin thoughtfully. The others stiffened. Szayel looked like a plucked rooster, yet Su Li calmly spread his legs apart.
Peixue and Dondochakka nearly fainted. "He's going to tear away his last dignity as a man?!" Peixue cried, while Dondochakka clamped his legs together in horror.
But Su Li muttered absently as he searched. "Where? Why can't I find it?" His tone was puzzled, as if looking for something misplaced. The two Arrancar fell silent, realizing in disbelief that he was mocking even now.
Yet Su Li's intent was different from what they thought. He was not searching for manhood. He was looking for the void—the hollow hole. It was never shown in the original history, and he had always been curious. To others, his act looked perverse. To him, it was pure investigation.
Szayel offered no resistance. His eyes remained fixed elsewhere, burning with the last flicker of reason. He was waiting—for one final chance.
"Ah! Found it!" Su Li exclaimed with surprise. At that very moment, Szayel's eyes hardened. The black pool near Nilu surged. Tentacles erupted, wrapping around her slender frame in an instant.
"Ahhh!" Nilu screamed in shock.
Szayel's lips twisted into a bloody sneer as he spat his final words, a curse laden with venom.
"Conception... notification!"
