Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: The Ceremony of Zolta

The morning sun peeked over the horizon, casting golden hues across the sprawling city of Eldarion. The air buzzed with excitement as crowds gathered around the towering Temple of Zolta — a place of ancient power and mystery.

Ryoken stood amidst the throng, his heart pounding with a strange mixture of anxiety and curiosity. Clad in simple robes handed to him by a kind stranger, he tried to steady his breathing. Today was the day his true potential would be revealed through the Magic Cube Ceremony.

The temple doors loomed ahead, ornate with carvings of mythical beasts and celestial patterns. Inside, a grand hall sparkled with radiant crystals that bathed the room in soft light. The Magic Cubes — small, glowing orbs of energy — floated in midair, waiting for their rightful owners.

One by one, names were called, and the hopeful stepped forward to touch their cube. The numbers and attributes appeared above them, displaying their mana levels, powers, and status in the kingdom.

Ryoken's turn arrived, and as he stepped forward, whispers rippled through the crowd. He was an outsider, barely known, yet his aura felt different — almost magnetic.

His palm met the smooth surface of the Magic Cube, and instantly a surge of energy crackled through his body. The cube flashed brilliantly, brighter than any before.

Words appeared, glowing in the air:

MANA LEVEL: INFINITYATTRIBUTE: DIVINE LIGHTFORM: 8

A stunned silence fell. Gasps echoed as nobles, priests, and soldiers stared in disbelief. Infinity? Divine Light? Form 8? These were titles reserved for legends — beings said to command godly power.

Ryoken blinked, overwhelmed. But unlike the awestruck crowd, he felt no surge of confidence or control — only confusion and fear.

A booming voice echoed through the hall, "Is this some kind of joke?"

From the shadows stepped a tall figure draped in robes embroidered with silver threads — Master Kaelen, the kingdom's most revered trainer of mana users. His sharp eyes locked onto Ryoken.

"Boy," Kaelen said, his tone both skeptical and curious, "Do you even know what this means?"

Ryoken shook his head, voice barely a whisper, "No... I don't. I don't know how to use any of this."

The crowd murmured, some in disbelief, others in suspicion.

Kaelen narrowed his eyes but something flickered in his gaze — perhaps recognition, or intrigue.

"Very well," he said, "If what you claim is true, then this will be the greatest challenge of your life."

Ryoken left the temple with the weight of expectations crushing him. Infinity mana, divine light, and a godly form — but no clue how to wield them.

Yet, somewhere deep inside, a small spark of hope ignited.
