Chapter 2 - "The Birthday That Almost Ended in Jail"

Story Written by Ayan

Based on Real Events

Let's rewind to the year 2021 —

Lockdown was in full force, schools were shut, streets were empty, and rules were strict. But life doesn't pause for birthdays, right?

So came 20th October 2021 —

My Birthday.

And since I was kinda new to YouTube, people already knew me around. So obviously, some extra attention was bound to come.

My lovely neighbours — especially the younger ones — threw a mini birthday party for me at my house. 🎉

Cute, right?

After the cake, photos, and all the chaos settled down, we weren't done yet. The real fun was just beginning.

We all moved to my shop, sat down, started chatting, laughing, and blasting songs.

Time? Around 10 PM.

Location? Mid-lockdown India.

Mood? Party Overloaded.

Vibe? Illegal. 😂

Suddenly… vroooom

Two uncles arrived on a bike.

They stepped down and asked:

"What's going on here?"

Me, with full confidence (and zero awareness):

"Sir, birthday party ho rahi hai!"

Then it hit us.

THEY. WERE. COPS. 👮🏻‍♂️

Within seconds —

Everyone vanished like ghosts.

Some dived under the sofa.

Some climbed the roof.

And some ran all the way out of the gali (lane).

Only me and Ayan 2 (my neighbour) were sitting there like statues, trying not to breathe too loud — arms folded, eyes down — pretending like nothing happened. 😐

Meanwhile, inside my head:

"I was going to God's House." 💀

Luckily, the uncles gave us the look…

And left. Without saying a word. 😭🙏

They probably saw our pale faces and decided to let us live.

But the story didn't end there.

The real blast happened at home.

"Tujhe pata hai night curfew hai?"

"Shop kyun khola tha itni raat ko?"

"Police ko bula liya tujhe?"

"Party karni hai toh jail mei jaake kar!"

Oof. Lecture mode: 100%.

But hey —

It was one of the funniest and craziest birthdays ever.

I escaped the cops, earned a memory, and survived another year. 😎

Moral of the Story:

Being a YouTuber is cool, but knowing curfew timing is cooler.

And police uncles don't care about your subscriber count.
