"Sometimes, change doesn't come from swords… it comes from a song."

Location: Harmonia Central Square — The Morning After the Note
The sky had broken the silence of the night.
Noen wasn't on a stage anymore.
People wandered — some searching for a new tune,
some searching for themselves.
And some… were just tired of staying quiet.
Echo Circle's hideout was empty.
But across the city —
in every alley, every rooftop, every shop…
someone was making music.
Tapping a rock in rhythm.
Beating a bottle like a drum.
Singing softly behind closed doors.
Music wasn't performance anymore.
It had become proof —
that the city was alive again.

Royal Palace — Throne Room
King Aurion sat before an open scroll.
Only three words were written:
> "We Will Sing."
The scroll had been found just outside his private chamber.
Left quietly… by someone who believed.
His commander — the same man who once led the silent army — now looked… afraid.
> "The voices are spreading, my King."
"Our laws are now fighting against people's hearts."
And hearts…
are not easily defeated.

Noen — Sitting on a Bench, Not a Stage
Noen sat quietly.
Not to perform. Not to rebel.
Just… to listen.
Sera sat beside him.
And in front of him stood Lyra — the princess of Harmonia.
She held a small box.
> "This is for you," she said.
Inside:
A Harmonian Tuning Fork — once known as the Crown Note, passed only among rulers.
> "You showed me that melodies… aren't just sound."
"They're truth."
Noen picked it up.
He didn't strike it.
He simply pressed it to the earth beneath his feet.
> "I came to sing…"
"…but I had to listen to everyone's pain first."

Echo Circle — Rooftop Moment
Briv. Rynn. Vex. All standing on the rooftop.
Below them — a crowd gathering.
Not for protest. Not for silence.
For sound.
> "Did we win?" one of them asked.
> "No," another replied.
"We just… made the voice live again."
> "And that's not victory…
It's the beginning."
---
Final Scene — City's Heart
Night came again.
But this time — no lights went out.
That same little girl —
the one who used to only hum from her window —
now stood in the center of the square.
She closed her eyes.
And sang… one note.
That same note Noen once played on stage.
And then…
The entire city began to sing with her.

Final Lines:
> "The city that once stayed silent…
now echoed with music from every corner.
No crown could stop it.
No cage could silence it.
Because when people begin to listen…
change doesn't just touch time —
it changes hearts."

🎵 END OF VOLUME 3 — "The City That Listened"
> "And when one city begins to listen…
the whole world hums along."
---
Cliffhanger Line:
> "Soul Note No. 13…"
"…was mine."
— Ravon.
