Chapter 44 - feeding prakast fruit

"As you all know, it's not only Raksheet's coronation ceremony but Ira's facereveal infront of Jwalana's people and Ahil's commander ceremony too. People will ask so many questions about Ira and Ahil's sudden commander ceremony. Especially about Ira."

Everyone's gaze turned towards Ira, Sitting inbetween Ahil and Raksheet. She looked down at her hand, feeling like a burden that kumar family have to carry after chakravarthy family. If she wasn't there with them, this ceremony would have been so easy and relaxed, without any stress. Her in-laws didn't had to worry about anything, they would have celebrated coronation ceremony with whole heart and joy.

Raksheet streched out his hand under the table and held Ira's hand, reassuring her that he is with her and she don't have to worry about anything. She is not a burden to anyone anymore.

Abhiveera leaned forward on the table, cupping his both hand on the table and said "Ira, you don't have to worry about it. I called you all here to discuss about it so that tomorrow, there will be nothing to worry and everything will go smoothly." He paused for a moment before saying "And i have already planned everything regarding tomorrow. About Raksheet's coronation, Ahil's commander ceremony and....Ira's facereveal. People will ask about Ira's background, her education, and more importantly...weather she will become their queen or not."

Ira quickly looked up. Her heart skipped a beat. Are they planning to announce her as Jwalana's queen? But to become the queen she have to give birth to a heir first and she can't do that now. She have to pretend to be sick and if she gets pregnant now, her lie will be exposed.

Raksheet tightened his grip a little bit on Ira's hand, making her look at him.

"It's ok. Everything will be fine." He whispered to Ira to make her calm down.

Ira nod weakly and turned her head towards Abhiveera "What will we answer them, grandfather?"

Abhiveera breathed heavily before answering "We....we have to tell them that..." He glanced at Raksheet and Ahil and looked at Ira again. ".....You will be their princess for now. We can't announce you queen because of your health issues. We can't put burden on you. You should recover first and when you are ready to take responsibility of kingdom, we will announce you Jwalana's queen."

Ira felt a little bit relieved that she don't have to think about heir for now but she still have to give them a heir if she want to keep her husband for herself.

Raksheet's grip on Ira's hand loosened. He looked at her and smiled slightly.

Ira looked at him and smiled slightly.

"What if Dakshat tried to create problems again, how he did last time?" Ahil asked. "I wanted to beat him so badly right there."

"Even if he did, i will handle it." Raksheet reassured to make Ira feel relieved. He want to assure Ira that he will always be with her, no matter how tough and complicated the situation is. He will always protect her.

Ira smiled at Raksheet, showing her trust on him.

After discussing about ceremony for some more time. Ira left Abhiveera's office and went towards her chamber where Advika is waiting for her to help her decide her hairstyle and makeup for tomorrow.

She entered in her chamber and closed the door.

The click! sound of door closing made Advika shift her gaze towards door.

"Ah, your highness you came."

Ira passed a smile to Advika and nod "So, let start?"

"Yeah sure." Advika replied, gesturing Ira to sit infront of her dressing table.

Ira went towards her dressing table and sat down. She saw that Advika had already placed their so many hair pins and her princess crown with some makeup accessories.

"You have already prepared it?!" Ira wondered and took some hair pins in her hand, observing its beauty.

"Yes your highness. Actually after helping you, I have to go and look after some arrangements regarding ceremony so i prepared it already to save time." Advika said, indirectly informing Ira that she have to leave soon so they have to be quick.

"Oh, you are so hardworking Advika. Don't worry, i will not take your much time and leave you soon." Ira replied as she understood what Advika was trying to say.

"I am sorry your highness if i disappointed you."

"No no, it's fine. I can understand. You have so many works to do and it's related to my husband, his coronation, so why would I be disappointed on you." Ira replied. "But i need your help too. Because you are the only one who know how i am gonna look on coronation day."

Ira turned around to face Advika and held her both hands and requested "Advika, please dress me well. I don't want to disappoint my in-laws and especially my husband. I don't want to embarrase them infront of everyone. My in-laws think that i am the most beautiful princess and i want other people to think the same way."

Ira released Advika's hand and looked down, sadness filled in her eyes "I can't make them proud because of my health. I can't give them a heir soon. At least my beauty should make them feel special."

Seeing the sad look on Ira's face, Advika's expressions turned into concern. She know about Ira's health condition. She held Ira's shoulder and said "Your highness, i promise you, you will look world's most beautiful princess. Your beauty will be on seventh sky that everyone will admire from a distance with respect."

Ira smiled weakly and looked up at Advika.

Advika smiled and continued "Your husband and in-laws will never be disappointed on you." She breathed heavily and added "Because you are special and they know it. So you don't have to look down on yourself."

Ira held Advika's hand on her shoulder and replied "Thank you Advika, for always cheering me up. I am greatful that I met you."

"Eat it!" Raksheet ordered.

"No!" Ira ran towards her bed and hided behind it.

"Princess, don't make me force you. Eat it obediently." Raksheet requested and walked towards Ira, holding a plate filled with a fruit slices.

Ira came out from behind the bed and ran away from there. "No! It's too bitter!" She complained.

"But it's healthy!" Raksheet ran behind her. She again ran away from him. He sighed deeply and placed the plate on table. He grabbed a slice of prakast fruit and ran towards Ira.

Before she can run away again, he grabbed her wrist. He held both her hands behind her back and forwarded the slice towards her mouth. "Open your mouth."

Ira closed her mouth tightly, refusing to eat. She shook her head and tried to free herself.

He tried to open her mouth by using his fingers but in return got a bite from his wife. He winched in pain and shook his hand "Ah! You spoiled princess!" He again tried to feed her but she again protested.

"Open your mouth! Aaaa..."

She shook her head, closing her eyes and mouth tightly. Feeling done with his wife's stubbornness, Raksheet said. "Grandfather, you are here?"

Ira immediately opened her eyes and stopped struggling. "Grandfather?"

Taking the opportunity, Raksheet fed her the fruit and covered her mouth so that she can't spit it out. Ira groaned in annoyance after realising that her husband was lying and fed her the bitterest fruit ever exist.

"Eat. Eat it. Gulp." He said, making sure that she gulped it. He then removed his hand and she said.

"Yuck!! It's terrible!" She immediately ran towards the jug of water and poured the water in glass and drank it hurriedly.

Raksheet shook his head to see her reaction and went towards the table. He grabbed the plate of fruit and went towards Ira. "Here. Eat."

Ira immediately covered her mouth and shook her head, with pleading eyes. "No, please. It's enough for today."

"No, you have to finish eat. You have to eat at least one fruit everyday so that you can get well soon." Raksheet instructed and forwarded a slice towards her mouth.

"It's too bitter." She complained and opened her mouth.

"I know." Raksheet replied "But grandfather has told me to feed you prakast fruit everyday. It's good for your health. It strengthens the immune system."

"Then you should eat too." She took a slice in her hand and forwarded it towards his mouth, to make him experience the bitterness as well.

He sighed to see his wife's slyness and ate the slice. His expression changed as soon as the bitterness spread on his taste buds but he tried his best not to show it.

Ira laughed slightly to see his funny expressions and he again fed her one more slice, making her stomp her feet.
