Leo smiled as he placed both hands behind him. "I'll keep that in mind, then. But right now, you shouldn't worry about me—worry about the competition you accepted. You don't know anything about military ways. So you're most likely going to lose."
"I'm a wizard; I'll figure it out," Eden insisted.
"Is that so? So you'll use magic?"
Eden smiled. "Of course. Those brats are said never to play fair, so why should I?"
Leo slowly nodded while staring at him.
"Besides," Eden stared in his direction, "why are you even bothered about me? The last time I recalled, we weren't even that close."
Leo kept both hands behind him while staring at Eden. He was quiet for a while before he spoke. "Let's just say it's my way of being grateful. My way of thanking you for your help."
They were quiet, staring at each other, before Eden smiled.
