"Stop whatever that is!" Leo demanded.
The other guards had taken off in the horses and their sticks of fire, trying to figure out what was pulling down their men.
They were all distracted at the moment. Looking around and trying to track the snake down.
Eden casually smiled, knowing that this was his cue to escape.
And so he took it.
Slowly pacing backwards while they were all in chaos, and making his way out.
He sneaked backwards and was almost out of sight when Leo caught sight of him.
Leo's attention was brought back as he glared at Eden in shock "You bastard...." He muttered as he immediately approached Eden with a sword.
But Eden was already far behind, and he didn't bother stopping for anything.
Eden turned and took off, running deep into the woods that night. Even though he didn't know where the hell he was going.
