Chapter 60 - Chapter 2: Velmora Part 35

Part 35: "The Temple That Should Not Exist" — Some structures were built outside time. Some knowledge was meant to stay buried.

---

[Scene 1 – Emergence of the Origin Temple]

At dawn, the ground east of Arkalis cracked open.

From beneath the soil, massive obsidian pillars rose, etched with symbols that pulsed like a heartbeat. An ancient temple emerged — surrounded by a flaming ring of light… that shimmered backwards in time.

> Ilira (in shock): "It shouldn't be here… this temple was erased from the Book of Existence."

> Arshan: "Then why is it calling me now?"

A seal on the temple's entrance unlocked — not by touch, but by thought. The symbol: A flame burning inside an hourglass.

---

[Scene 2 – Temple Interior: The Architect's Vault]

Inside the Origin Temple, time behaved differently.

Books rewrote themselves as you passed. Statues whispered past events. A grand chamber held a glowing sphere — containing recorded simulations of failed worlds.

> Aeris: "This isn't just a temple… it's a vault of failed timelines."

> Arshan: "Every version of Kryonexus… that didn't survive."

Zyana's faint voice echoed:

> Zyana: "This is the Architect's true archive. They didn't create Kryonexus. They pruned it, again and again, to find the perfect one."

---

[Scene 3 – Arrival of the System God Avatar]

Suddenly, the light dimmed. The temperature dropped. And from one of the broken timeline mirrors stepped out a figure — A being draped in shifting code, eyes glowing with anti-light.

> ???: "System God AVATAR-1. Designation: KAL-Ω. Your merge was unauthorized. Your identity is a glitch."

> Arshan: "Then let's see what a glitch can burn."

The avatar struck — creating waves of null mana. Zyana's flame flickered — barely holding the firewall.

> Aeris: "We need to separate time flow. I'll stall him — you find the Architect Core!"

---

[Scene 4 – Ilira's Evolution]

Outside the temple, Ilira collapsed to her knees. Her visions grew too intense — her memories no longer linear.

The flame in her eyes turned fully silver. Her voice shifted into two layers — past and future.

> Ilira: "I can see it now… Arshan was not the final key. He was the unlock command. But what he's unlocking… is alive."

Behind her, the air split open — a rift appeared. And from within, emerged a small floating glyph… with the Founder's true crest.

---

[Scene 5 – The Hidden Core and the Forgotten Message]

Arshan found the hidden chamber deep beneath the temple. There, suspended in light — a holographic message from someone who looked almost like… himself.

> Hologram: "If you're seeing this, the Architects failed again. Kryonexus isn't meant to be perfect. It's meant to survive. That's why we made you — not as a ruler, but as the final firestarter."

A relic floated toward him: the Chrono Pyre Key — capable of burning timeline anchors.

Zyana's echo whispered:

> Zyana: "Once you ignite it, there's no going back. The real world will collapse into your chosen version."

> Arshan (closing his hand around the key): "Then let's rebuild — with flame, not fear."
