Five C4-level clay bombs detonated simultaneously, creating an explosion so massive that even the people in the ninja world could clearly see it. For Deidara, who was on the moon, the impact was even more direct.
Fortunately, he had quickly buried himself underground and was relatively far from the epicenter, barely avoiding the shockwave of the explosion.
Otherwise, he would have been dead for sure.
"Cough! Cough!" After a while, Deidara crawled out of the ground, coughing uncontrollably from the dust swirling around him.
Thanks to the moon's thin atmosphere, the intense heat from the explosion dissipated quickly.
Nearby, fragments of paper reassembled into the form of Might Guy, who stared seriously at the direction where Madara Uchiha had been.
"Is the enemy dealt with?"
"I don't know," Deidara replied, shaking his head. The mouths on his hands spat out clumps of dirt, leaving him feeling extremely uncomfortable.
This was his first time fighting an opponent of this level, and he had no experience to guide his judgment.
"I'm going to take a look."
Due to the dense dust cloud, their visibility was limited to a small area, making it impossible to see what lay ahead. Determined, Guy decided to investigate personally.
"Eight Gates! Open!"
The terrifying crimson steam erupted once more as Guy activated the final gate. Moving at incredible speed, he charged forward, intent on delivering a finishing blow if the enemy was merely injured.
However, as he sprinted forward, he suddenly sensed movement above him. A massive shadow loomed over him.
Looking up, he saw a gigantic snake tail clad in black armor descending upon him. Though the Susano'o encasing it remained intact, the tail itself was bleeding and bore scorch marks from the explosion.
It seemed the earlier blast had not been entirely ineffective.
SWOOSH!
Might Guy accelerated sharply, narrowly dodging the tail's strike. If the Third and Fourth Raikage, running at full speed, could be likened to purple lightning, then Guy at this moment was crimson lightning, surpassing even the limits of mortal speed.
"Your attacks were impressive. Can you still keep dancing?"
Emerging from the dust cloud, Guy found himself face-to-face with Madara Uchiha, who appeared completely unharmed—save for a bit of dust on his body.
It was evident that while the explosion had some effect, it was ultimately negligible.
Seeing Guy's grave expression, Madara's initial excitement faded, replaced by a cold indifference.
"It seems you have no more tricks left."
"In that case, this game is over."
Madara leapt down from the White Snake Sage, summoning a colossal black Susano'o that dwarfed even mountains. It stood like a god of destruction, while all others seemed like mere ants in comparison.
BOOM!
With just a single step, the entire moon trembled. To Guy, that single foot was like a towering pillar, or an entire mountain crashing down upon him. Even with the speed granted by the Eight Gates, escape seemed impossible.
Moments later, Guy's Edo Tensei body reappeared beside Deidara, his face showing a rare expression of despair.
"Though I always say 'youth never gives up,' I fear this opponent cannot be defeated even at the cost of my life," Guy lamented.
But beside him, Deidara chuckled, mimicking Guy's tone. "So, is it my turn to risk my life to protect something important?"
"Do you have an even stronger move? Show me something exciting!" Madara, now standing mere steps away, taunted.
He made no move to attack, instead waiting patiently for Deidara's next action. It seemed foolish, but it was a testament to his overwhelming confidence and domineering arrogance.
Deidara pulled out a small clay sphere—the C4 Sun.
Madara's expression turned slightly disappointed. "I've already experienced that."
"You have," Deidara admitted. "But this time, it's not the star of the show."
As he spoke, Deidara slowly removed his black cloak adorned with red clouds, revealing the fourth mouth hidden on his chest.
The massive mouth, spanning his entire torso, devoured the clay sun in one gulp and began chewing vigorously.
With each chew, Deidara's body began to swell like a balloon, expanding larger and larger.
Finally, just as it seemed he was about to explode, Deidara glanced up at Madara.
"This explosion will definitely excite you," he declared.
"But if you get so excited that you die, that's not my problem."
With that, Deidara's body expanded rapidly, growing to a size comparable to Madara's Susano'o in mere seconds.
The sheer scale of it!
Madara felt a twinge of unease. But it was too late. Deidara's face and voice were filled with fanaticism and excitement.
"Behold!"
"My ultimate art—C0: Supernova Explosion!"
"Drink this!"
BOOM!
This was not the sound Madara heard—it was the sound heard by everyone in the ninja world.
They all froze in shock, staring at the sky as the moon vanished in a blinding flash of light.
Gone!
The moon was completely obliterated!
Though it was nighttime, the explosion's brilliance turned the ninja world into daytime once more. The shockwave from the blast even reached the planet, triggering tsunamis, hurricanes, volcanic eruptions, and other catastrophes.
"This... this time, the enemy must be dead, right?" Tsunade stammered, barely able to form coherent sentences.
Nearby, Orochimaru, who had somehow appeared unnoticed, quickly formed hand seals.
"Edo Tensei!"
A resurrected Deidara appeared before everyone, grinning.
"Hehe, did you see it? My ultimate art!" Deidara exclaimed with excitement.
Everyone nodded in unison. They had seen it. The moon had been blown to smithereens.
"Is the enemy defeated?" Kakashi asked.
Deidara scratched his chin. "Not sure. But if anyone survived that, I'd be impressed."
Turning to his Shock Value system for confirmation, Deidara checked the notifications.

Hiss!
Deidara suddenly remembered the moon's native inhabitants. Poor Hamura Ōtsutsuki—what bad luck.
Judging by the Shock Value notifications, Madara was likely finished.
Instinctively, Deidara looked up to confirm. But instead of Madara, he saw a woman with horns descending from the sky.
What the—?!
Madara was dead, but Kaguya Ōtsutsuki had survived?!
Not only Deidara, but even the Sage of Six Paths and his brother appeared, ready for battle.
They could not allow their mother to destroy the world again.
"You must be Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. I suggest you abandon any thoughts of ruling the ninja world. Otherwise, I'll blow myself up again!" Deidara threatened.
Kaguya trembled at his words, taking two steps forward and bowing deeply. Her tone was sincere.
"Please, no more explosions! I dare not try again!"
