Morning came about the following day as Issei was sitting at one of the tables in the kitchen talking to Akeno as they were preparing food for the day. "So what happened with the Sitri match?" Issei asked as they were bound to know something about it.

"She won the match against Agares." Akeno said to him as she looked at him "You know you are not making this affair easy."

Issei smiled at that "It was never meant to be easy. Speaking of which, where is Rias?"

Rias was nowhere to be seen in the morning as almost like she took off early. "Rias is… training."

That peaked Issei's attention "Oh?... Wait you didn't tie her up did you?"

"No!" Akeno said defending herself "This is serious. After the match, she broke down a bit. Rias has realized that she will need to learn many things as a King. She also felt as if she was a burden to you in the last match. She was easily dispatched by her opponent albeit a Longinus with its own will."

Ravel came around the corner into the kitchen holding onto a couple of boxes as she was looking for something. "So what's in the box?" Issei asked, getting her attention.

"Oh…" She looked up and saw Issei "It's a breakfast and lunch for Gasper. He's starting morning training today from now on."

"Gasper? Morning training?" Issei was shocked to hear that of all people.

Ravel nodded "Yep after the games he felt he was lacking strength. So he's doing basic training just not on the same scale as you and Kiba."

Issei thought about Gasper gaining muscle as it creeped him out. "Gasper also understands Rias' plight and also needs to progress. Basic training for him is the best route." Akeno's words took Issei out of his imagination.

Koneko walked into the room slowly as she was wearing her cat pajamas. She was sluggish as she walked around "Gasper just wants to be stronger."

Ravel looked at Koneko as her face was red and her eyes weren't fully open. "Are you okay? Your face is red. Do you feel alright?" Ravel went to move her hand over to Koneko's face as she pushed it aside.

"I'm fine bird brain."

"Bird brain? Isn't a bird brain somebody who forgets things?" Ravel asked as she wasn't too happy being insulted.

"She learns…"

Just like clockwork the cat and bird were fighting as if it was ingrained into their nature. Issei just watched the fighting as there wasn't anything else to do as he waited around.

Later in the day, everyone was gathered in the main VIP room as Issei, Kiba and Akeno were sitting across from Sirzechs, Azazel, and Grayfia. "Things have progressed in the underworld regarding the three of you." Sirzechs said, "Your accomplishments are far too outstanding to ignore, and it has been decided that you three will be receiving a promotion." Their eyes went wide hearing that "For your actions against Kokabiel, Loki and the Khaos Brigade you will be receiving promotions. Naturally, your actions have already allowed you to skip the middle-class test and send you to High Class. Unfortunately, my fellow Satans are not the only people who rule over promotions. Due to the nature of the situation, there is plenty of outside demand for Issei to be jumped to High class immediately. Here's the thing we are going to ease the politics on you, for now, Issei will be jumping to High-Class diving headfirst into the underworld politics that come with it. Akeno and Kiba the two of you will be taking the Middle-Class tests to lessen the political discourse. But on the next Rotation hopefully, we will be in better times and we can jump you two to high class with no issues along with some others."

"I still think it's pointless to even send them to the exam." Azazel said knowing the quality of people that were going to be in the exam.

"Yes we know, there's already enough nepotism going around and we need to follow some of the rules." SirZechs pointed out "Anyways congratulations."

Everyone else in the room was clapping for the announcement. "A promotion would be so nice." Rossweisse said in a dream-like state "The increased income would be amazing."

As they were all talking SirZechs looked over to Ravel motioning her to come closer. "Yes, Lord Lucifer."

Sirzechs waved his hand "About what we spoke about earlier."

Ravel nodded with a smile on her face "Of course Lord Lucifer I accept."

Issei looked at Ravel wondering what it was all about. "I'm going to be making Ravel be your assistant, a managerial position of sorts. You're going to be busy from now on, Grayfia manages the schedules of the Gremory team along with her working with me but she is only one person. So Ravel here will be taking on those jobs for you. The popularity of Oppai Dragon is only getting bigger and your celebrity status is blowing up making her somebody you need to help you out." SirZechs looked over to Azazel "There's something else I want to see while I'm here." He stood up as they made their way to the teleport spot.

The three of them teleported off but you didn't go very far. They were teleported down a floor and into a room where nobody knew that they were there. Looking down at the bed they saw a girl sleeping in the bed. "So this is the Leviathan?" Sirzechs asked, seeing the purple hair.

"This is Ingilvid Leviathan, a half breed just like Vali." Azazel said "That all we got out of her before she fell back asleep. I doubt she even knows much about the fact that she's even a devil let alone how important she is." He looked at Sirzechs "I say we leave her to Issei. Sure she's devil royalty but if she is ignorant to anything devil it would be best to leave her here after she fully awakened so she would have some friends. She's a perfect piece for Issei if they progress that far, and having a descendant of true royalty will be a big boost for each other."

"I agree, but why was she was found so easily is what bothers me."

"Maybe get Fafnir? I could call Tiamat."

"Anyways…" Saji failed to get his point across "Congrats on the promotion."

"Oh, thanks. I wasn't expecting to hear anything about a promotion." Issei wasn't going to tell Saji that he had inquired about it before, no need to ruin anything.

"You guys have gone through some brutal fights making life and death situations. I'm surprised that your group wasn't up for promotion earlier. You and Kiba have become insanely strong, I don't think you understand. I asked Kiba to spar one time, and it didn't go over well for me. He moved faster than I could see and he knocked me down before I could do much."

"Don't feel so bad, Kiba is somewhat of a freak when it comes to fighting. It's scary what he can do with a sword."

The door opened as a girl with brown twin tails walked on "Oh Hyoudou you're here." She waved at him "Congrats on the promotion that you're bound to pass.'

"Thanks, Reya."

"Gen!" A voice came from outside as it popped its head inside. This time it was Ruruko, another girl with long brown hair "I need your help." She went over to him and grabbed his hand, dragging him away as she winked at Issei.

Issei knew his plan had succeeded to some extent. Plenty of the other girls were piling into the room as Tsubasa moved over to Issei with a photograph in hand as she handed it to him "Can you sign it?" He took out a pen and signed away "I watched the recording of your match with Bael so many times and I was moved by every moment."

Issei handed the photograph back to her, but before he let go he looked at her "I trust your hands were above your skirt while you were watching?" She didn't answer that question and Issei knew he wasn't going to get an answer out of her as she scurried off.

"Oh, Hyoudou your in here." Issei looked over and saw Sona walking in as she set a folder down on her desk.

Issei waved with his left hand as she got the point "Just stopping by.'

"Everyone, Tsubaki needs some help with the clubs, could you go assist her?" Sona asked as everyone got up and left the room. "So I trust that you're taking care of Rias now that you're married."

Issei looked up at her "How did you know about that?"

"Rias and I have been friends since we were young. Lately, I hear about her love life now through magic circles." Issei rubbed his hand revealing the ring showing it off to Sona. "You have done everything for Rias that I wasn't able to."

Issei's dirty section of his mind took over "They make toys for that?"

Sona looked at him as if she was done with his shit. "I'm talking about Raiser, Kiba, Gasper, Koneko, and even Akeno. You have lifted that weight off her shoulder saving my best friend from the spiraling madness. All because I'm a High-Class devil and we Pure Blood's have customs. I was unable to help her because others would look at me for it. Yet you solved all of those issues without thinking about it."

Issei threw a spell at the door so nobody could listen in "So how did it go with Saji."

"Ruruko and Momo went through with it." Sona tried to keep quiet about it.

Issei stood up and walked over to her desk as he got close to her "What about you, the whole plan was to get everybody in on it. The circle only works if you go along with it. I know it's inappropriate to ask a lady but did you lose your virginity?"

Sona was looking down trying not to make eye contact "yes."

Issei smiled hearing that as he got up close to her ear "The crimson princess and her Red Dragon, a high-class devil and her low-class partner. Just think of it for you, The water princess and her dragon of darkness."

Reevaluate them and make that choice." Issei stood up and left the room dispelling the barrier leaving Sona to think about his proposition.

Rias and Issei were sitting next to each other after dinner. "So I heard you talked to Sona."

"I did," Issei said as Rias was laying her head on his chest. "Did she ever have a fiance just as you did?"

Rias shook her head "She used to have one. She challenged him to a chess match and won."

"It's obvious that she won."

"Yeah, it wasn't even fair. She destroyed him; it's part of the reason why she is known as the tactician of the young devils. Normal people can't beat her even I have a hard time getting her to a point where I have an advantage in a chess match."

"Yikes…" The door opened as Ravel walked in holding a stack of books.

"Issei I have gathered plenty of books for the promotion test. And you need to go through them."

Rias sat up "Did you get the books for school as well?" Rias asked as Ravel nodded with a smile.

After a few hours of studying more or less, Ravel cramming information into Issei's empty brain the door to the bedroom opened up. Koneko was slumped over on the door as her ears and tail were in full view. She had a small open transparent shirt on that was open exposing everything as she didn't even have a pair of panties on. Azazel appeared behind her Ophis as he walked into the house, "I told you earlier that there was going to be a guest today. And I wanted no fighting no matter what."

"Your insane Azazel, That dragon is the leader of the terrorists that we have been fighting this whole time. So why would you bring it here to this town let alone this house?" It clicked in Rias' brain "You're breaking the rules of the alliance Azazel. You who have been talking about allying thinks this is important."

Ophis walked into the house as Azazel shut the door behind her. "This is bigger than all of us. While I am deceiving some the possibility is well worth the risk. I trust you will at least listen to her story before saying anything."

"Fine," Rias said, "I don't like it one bit."

"I will hold my judgment for now but I can't keep things like this from Lord Michael." Irina wasn't too happy having to withhold information.

Rias sighed " Is it only Ophis or will there be others? Kiba and Gasper are not here and Rossweisse went back to Europe so I'll have to fill them in later about all of this."

Next to Ophis a small yellow magic circle formed as out came a witch and a dog. As the light faded away the girl tipped her hat as she looked at everyone "Hello everyone I am le Fay Pendragon. And this here is Fenrir." The dog took on more of a wolf look but it just sat there attached to Le Fay not wanting anything other than to follow her.

[We are sooo doomed.] Ddraig voiced his opinion.

"Ddraig do you want to quit being a heavenly dragon?" Ophis asked as it tipped Issei even more off guard.

"I don't understand, I.." Issei pointed to himself "am not Ddraig"

Ophis tilted her head ever so slightly. " Human is host, yet growth is different. Human is Dragon. The host is different. Different from all other hosts, Vali is the same. Fight with Cao Cao, Bael. Ddraig has had different evolutions, armor is now crimson. This is new." She looked deep into Issei's eyes "So Ddraig what will you become?"

[I don't have an answer for you Ophis. He is different from all the other hosts. The new growth paths are exciting to see something new.]

"Why did you think of becoming the king of domination?"

Ddraig had a small laugh [For the longest time I was the strongest of all Dragons that could be found. No species was foolish enough to challenge something in the gap. But plenty challenged me and plenty died. Nothingness and Infinite while Illusions and Dreams are what you two are.]

"Will you discard domination to become a different being? What lies after that?

[Who knows, that is no longer my choice. The world saw fit that it was no longer my choice.]

Azazel was listening in and recording the conversation between the two. This was almost a once in a lifetime chance to see a dragon god and a heavenly dragon speak.

"Will you become the Chichiryutei? A dragon that represents breasts?"

"This is our chance to lessen the threat of fighting." Azazel looked over to Le Fay and Kuroka "Don't disturb them for the next few days. They have important tests coming up."

Le Fay came up to Issei holding a photo in her hand and pushed it towards him. "The fight with Bael was amazing. Would it be possible if you could sign this?"This was more or less now the norm for Issei as he signed the picture for her.

Night fell faster than anyone would have expected after the day's events. Issei was coming down the stairs as he made it to the second floor, he noticed that there was a light in the hallway. It ticked in his head Akeno Ravel, Xenovia, Irina, and Koneko's bedrooms were on the second floor. Then he figured it out as he headed over to the source of the light as he heard voices. Thankful Ravel was right across the hall from Koneko as he moved from one room to another. As he slid the fabric off he saw a string of liquid snap back to her body. Issei saw that as he looked at her "Was it fun when my finger went inside of you earlier?" He asked as she turned her face so he couldn't see it. Lifting her legs he looked down at her "Now that you're not in heat I can do this." He aligned himself as he pushed into her.

She moaned out as he spread her wide. Her tail warped his hand as she meowed, Issei noticed that something was different. "You already broke your hymen." He felt snug inside of her as it was a much different feeling than even Asia or even Ravel before. "You're an athletic girl so that sounds right."

Issei started moving as Koneko was having her mind blown by a new array of sensations. The only thing she could do was lay there and have a mixture of moaning and meowing. "I feel weird." She said as Issei knew what best to do as he sped up his movements. She constricted around him as she reached up to him as her body gave out. Issei gave her the sticky reward she had been looking for in the last few weeks.

When he pulled out of her he saw that both of the girls were asleep. So he reached around finding all of their clothes as he got them redressed. Once redressed he put the two of them together under the covers as they were asleep next to each other. Walking out of the room when he closed the door he heard a voice "Did you have fun." Rias was standing there looking at him.

"It was fun."

She sighed hearing that "Come on then." She dragged him back to their bedroom for the night.

The following days went on like usual, everyone was studying for their tests. But in the corner of the room sat Ophis watching him eating all sorts of things. Issei and Rias were content to leave her there as she wanted to watch but Irina and Asia had other ideas. They were able to distract her as they taught Ophis simple card games as the three of them were able to play together.

But right now Issei Akeno Kiba Rias and Ravel had teleported near a stadium where Azazel was waiting for them. "So where did Gasper run off to?" Issei asked

"Grigor. He's currently being trained with his sacred gear right now by my researchers."

"Good for him," Issei said with a smile.

"I will be taking Ophis to see Sirzechs after the exams are done. She wants you to come as well." Issei nodded "If everything goes over we could see a reduction in force due to the lack of power Ophis would be supplying."

"If this idea of your works, I will be happy with the less work we have to go through." Issei said.

"It was Vali's idea in the first place. He delivered Ophis to me so this could all happen. He must be thinking about Ophis in his own way if he wants to fork a dragon god over to us." Azazel saw that they were also at the designated point. "Enough about that for now."

Rias grabbed onto Issei and kissed him on the cheek "It's a good luck charm." Rias said as she waved at him while backing away. "I look forward to seeing you at the hotel once you are done."

"Geez, the two of you in public no less." Azazel shook his head.

"Whatever." Issei shrugged as they headed into the building.

Once inside the spacious building, they saw one of the many staff members approach them. "Welcome. You are the servants of Rias Gremory correct? I need to see your identification for the test."

Akeno and Kiba raised a white paper that was stiff almost as if it was mixed with a rock or bone as it contained the Gremory logo. Issei raised a matching paper except for this time it was a black paper with a glowing Gremory logo. "Oh a Glowing black one today, I see. Very well everything is in order." The staff member turned around and they followed to where they were going to be waiting.

Grabbing papers off the counter, the staff member handed them to AKeno and Kiba. "Upstairs the written test will take place. Hand these to the proctor so you can begin the first part." The staff member looked over to Issei and Ravel. "Follow me." They were led down the hall and into a dark room. Once inside the paper glowed a deep red as the staff member threw the paper onto the floor. "Step inside."

Issei did as instructed as he was transported to another area. He appeared in another dark room surrounded by dark figures all around him. "Ohhhh a tribunal."

"Silence." A distorted voice came out as this got Issei's attention.

"This hearing will now begin. State your name."

"Issei Hyoudou."

"Good, do you know what this is?"

"Magical circle jerk? I was told there was going to be a test. Not an interrogation."

"Just answer the questions. Before you became a devil what was your occupation."

Issei wasn't pleased with how this was going to go. "Student."

"That is what you currently do."

"No… I went to school before that… you know, first year of high school middle and elementary before that. I figured that part was obvious."

"Next Question, what are your relations with other pantheons outside of The Three factions and the Greeks."

"How to ask a loaded question 101." Issei scratched the back of his head "I have not dealt with most leaders of other factions. I have spoken to most if not all Sex gods and neutral to most of them outside of a few. I have spoken to a few of the Egyptian gods mainly Baset and Anubis."

"What of your dealings with the Dragon Queen Tiamat."

That tipped Issei off as it wasn't the correct use of a noble title. "Dragon KING Tiamat. That's a long story but it boils down too we smashed like Hiroshima."

A hand hitting a desk as it rattled was heard "We are asking you to be serious."

Issei tilted his head "I was being serious. Or did you forget she dragged me out of the Young devil meeting a few months back? She would have no reason to see me otherwise."

Meanwhile, Akeno and Kiba had finished taking a written exam as they were sitting in the bleachers above a small arena. They had a set of numbers as combat trials were taking place. "Number 21 and 22" Kiba stood up and looked at Akeno "I'll be right back."

Kiba made his way down to the area as he was standing in front of a muscley man with long black hair. "Begin!" Kiba could see that this man was clearly a rook for whoever's peerage he was in. He drew his sword as he walked the man as he swung his fist at Kiba. It wasn't worth dodging as he moved his sword to block it. The man's fist impacted the flat portion of his blade as he was struggling to push down to gain any traction. "I am terribly sorry for this sir." Kiba said, looking at the man as he drew a second blade in his right hand. He swung it so the flat hit the man in the upper portion of the ribs. It wasn't hard enough to break them but it was more than enough to defeat his opponent as he collapsed from impact.

"21 wins." Kiba heard as he headed back up into the bleachers next to Akeno. Nobody wanted to get near the two of them. They just watched Kiba dispatch that man with no issue as Akeno went earlier and in a small thundershock that she teased Issei with was more than enough to dispatch her opponent. "As I was about to say. I think it's best that Issei wasn't here for this. His holding back is still highly destructive."

"I agree, but can you imagine him even using the balance breaker? It would be unfair if he did they might have to send everyone at him just to give them a fighting chance." Akeno looked at him as she stood up getting ready to leave.

"That would be interesting to see."

"It would almost be cruel to watch." Akeno said as Kiba was following her down the stairs.

The curtains were pulled back on Issei as the dark path revealed a light at the end of the tunnel. He followed it coming out in what could best be a chappel but for devils. In front, there was an altar with a crown on it. Issei headed down the aisle towards it as a figure appeared next to everything. "Hyoudou Issei." Ajuka Beelzebub called out to him. As Issei got closer he heard Beelzebub speak again. "Kneel." Issei did as ordered kneeling down. The golden crown floated off the altar onto Issei's head. "Rise."

When Issei stood up there was a black stone monument rising up out of the ground next to him. "Place your hand on the monument." When Issei did the black stone started to glow a red hue only for it to become a darker shade turning to a crimson. As the light lit up the room Beelzebub spoke once again "Today forth you shall be known as King." The light died down as Issei pulled his hand off it. A small crack in the monument opened up as it presented a highly decorative box.

Issei took hold of the box as the monument went back to its normal form. Dropping all of the formalities, Beelzebub walked over to Issei and pulled the crown of Issei's head as he looked at the box. "So let's see what you got." Beelzebub said as he was more interested in his creations than having to deal with formalities. Issei grabbed the lid and pulled it off revealing his brand new 15 red evils pieces.

Beelzebub peered into the box and pointed at the deeper red Rook. "Looks as if you got a mutation Rook. I guess it's somewhat ironic when you think about it."

"Why do you say that?"

"Rias… the mutation pieces you both received matches your fighting styles. She got a bishop while you got a rook." Beelzebub thought about it for a moment. "I'm not sure if this is fate or irony that you two are connected like this."

Issei picked up the Rook piece and looked at "I kinda like it that way."

"Anyways this ceremony is over. I'll be sending you to the hotel where all of your friends are currently at."

Issei was whisked away in a matter of moments as the evil piece was back in the box and lid on tight as he was in the hotel lobby. He made his way to the upper floors that housed the after-party. When he got there he saw everybody was eating and Azazel was already drinking. "Geez, Azazel you would think you would wait to start drinking." Issei said getting everybody's attention.

Azazel raised a glass as Rias looked back at him "So how was it?" She asked.

Issei showed off the box "It was a dark room questionnaire. Nothing too special tho." He sat down looking at the food around. "How were your tests?" Issei looked over at Kiba and Akeno.

"Small written test and a combat test." Kiba said

"It was best you got something different. You are far above everyone who took the test, you might have injured somebody."

"That bad?" He asked

"Ise most devils are not like you. You have an insane strength for your age and even now for your rank. It took Sairaorg to see where your limits are at right now. And the two of you were breaking the dimension that we were in." Rias tried to grind it into his head.

"You're a freak." Azazel said slightly drunk "You and Vali are monsters in combat for your ages. You're a master in hand-to-hand combat when it takes hundreds of years for some to reach that level. There's still some Angels and fallen who are stronger than you but don't have that kind of level of skill in hand to hand combat."

Le Fay and Ophis were sitting at another table watching as Ophis stuffed her face full of food as she spoke to Le Fay. "I will watch Ddraig."

"Look, all of you hold amazing amounts of potential. Kiba has gained new powers and unlocked a second Balance Breaker. Akeno has enough latent power to power a city if she had to. I wouldn't be surprised if the three of you were classified as Ultimate class before you have official matches and the rest not long after."

"Sometimes I feel blessed that I'm able to train with Issei. It's somewhat an honor." Kiba said getting Issei to facepalm for hearing that.

With Issei running his hand down his face he looked at Kiba "If I didn't know any better I would have guessed you were gay. It would explain why you turn down all the girls. But then again Tsubaki had her fun."

All the girls looked over at Issei and Akeno spoke up "Wait so that's why she came to the club room that day?"

A smile on his face "Oh! Why do I do the things I do? I'd tell you if I knew." He sang a small song.

Azazel got a chuckle out "It's just a matter of time."

Asia raised her right hand "What about me? How could I improve?"

Azazel looked over at her thinking about it "Your healing ability is already high and you mastered the raw healing power. Even compared to the other twilight healing users your healing is top-notch. You can heal from a distance as you can shoot it like a bow you can even cancel the healing effect if someone intercepts the healing. A Balance breaker would only push everything you can do over the edge. The only thing you can realistically do is increase your stamina so you can move around faster and your magical power to defend yourself or even attack with elemental magic?" Azazel wasn't too sure about that last part but it was a thing she could do. "You made a pact with a sprite dragon correct?"

Asia nodded as Rias spoke up. "Yes, she made a pact with a Sprite dragon with no issue. "

"Maybe make a pact with a legendary creature. If you do that you can summon them and they could act as your shield."

An unsettling wave passed over the building as it felt as everyone was picked up and spun around then sat down. Everyone looked around to see what it was. "What was that?" Asia asked.

A figure appeared out of the shadows as it walked towards them. A pair of cat ears and tails wiggled on the figure as Kuroka was revealed. "Looks as if Vali was right." She looked at Azazel.

Xenovia went over to the window and looked out "Ise come look at this." She called out.

Issei went over to the window and knew what they were in for "Yeah… The mist user has us in here again."

The glass was heard shattering as they looked over to see a fireball flying towards Irina and Asia. Irina went to put up a defense but it was snuffed out long before it reached her. Looking down she saw Ophis had swung her arm, swatting the ball away. "Thank you." Irina said, getting no response from Ophis.

In the blown-out window, a familiar sight to them all was standing there. "It's been awhile Red Dragon. Ah Governor Azazel I don't want to exclude you as well." It was Cao Cao, somebody they wished would have stayed away for a long time. "I have to congratulate you on the fight with Bael. It was an amazing show of two Balance Breaker armors. Truly frightening the lot of you."

"How's the eye?" Issei asked

"Never better."

"Why have we transported us here? Another good for nothing plan?" Azazel looked at Cao Cao as his eyes wandered down to the girl in black gothic fashion.

"I was wondering where Ophis went with Vali, but finding it here is something that wasn't expected." Cao Cao said.

Kuroka moved next to Ophis as a wolf appeared behind her. "We thought you would have been chasing Vali."

"Oh, we sent another team to deal with that. So they are most likely fighting right now."

"Umm," Le Fay spoke up "This is because of a few things. Ophis wanted to meet the Red Dragon and Vali offered to make it happen when he heard about it. And Second Vali heard that somebody wants to get a hold of Ophis. But we don't know who it is that wants her."

"We knew about Vali's plan; it was obvious. It was obvious when Ophis took interest in both Dragon Emperors. And just like we thought Ophis is here with you." Cao Cao said as he was tapping his spear on his shoulder.

"Maybe you should have sped up the time table Azazel." Issei looked over to him. "Ophis should have been priority #1 then this situation would have been much more interesting."

"Cao Cao is after me?" Ophis asks as she tilts her head.

"Yes, Ophis we require you. But we also don't need you at the same time." The tip of Cao Cao spear opened up as a blade appeared with a wave of light. Cao Cao disappeared without making a move they shielded their eyes from the blinding light. "Shine spear." Cao Cao said as he thrust the spear towards Ophis.

As it got to bring "Le Fay now." Kuroka said as a deep mist moved in surrounding them as it hovered around Cao Cao for the most part. The mist was eating the light the spear was producing putting it down to a tolerable level for all the devils.

Unfortunately, the tip of the spear pierced a portion of Ophis gut. "Do you see this Red Dragon? Even this spear cant critical wound Ophis. The attack hit but it did nothing to the power of infinity even with this spear."

Ophis grabbed hold of the spear and pulled it out pushing Cao Cao back. The wound healed up instantly as Cao Cao spoke again "Ophis won't even fight back. It's too fixated on Great Red even though it could kill me at any time."

Issei nodded his head "Uh-huh yep." Issei made the infinity logo by moving his index finger around "That's the point of infinity the beginning is the end"

A low glow of light went off from behind them "Good work you two, Cao Cao it's been a while." Vali was now next to Kuroka as Fenrir was missing from her side.

"Now Vali is here, interesting." Cao Cao saw the grin on Vali's face as the plans had now been altered.

"Fenrir is off dealing with your lackeys with Cao Cao. My insurance plan, but coming here with only George is a bold move even for heroes such as you."

"It's not bold, it's called calculated. Georg and I are just enough for this." Cao Cao tapped part of his spear on his head.

"I guess that means you have your Dragon Eater as a trump card then. Some sacred gear possessor who specializes in dragon slaying techniques or maybe a new Longinus possessor?"

"There is no dragon-slaying sacred gear." Azazel said, "Trust me we have looked for years."

"Dragon Eater is just the code name we gave it. We are merely borrowing something that was already made by God of the bible no less."

"You sure about this Cao Cao?" Georg appeared behind him.

"Yeah, all three targets are here. We don't get a better shot than this." Cao Cao said as Georg created a magic circle behind him.

The building shook violently as it swayed back and forth. The air grew cold as an ominous weighed down on them. [This presence is pure evil.] Out of the magic circle, a mangled body appeared crucified to a cross. The upper half of the body was a fallen angel body, its wings extended as there were nails driven into the wings and hands and a blindfold over the eyes as it was blood-soaked. The lower half was a black snake more akin to an easter dragon. Waves of negative emotions flooded the room as it rolled off the creature.

"You… To bring that thing from Cocytus, do you have any idea what it could do." Azazel was pissed seeing the creature.

"A forbidden being that is the poison of god the evil intentions of god. Twisting two into eating the fruit of knowledge." Cao Cao was hyping up the creature as Asia now understood what she was seeing in front of her. "A crime that was judged by the now dead and still is punished for it. Samael the dragon eater, and the angel that was cursed by his own father who hates dragons and snakes. Yet now a part dragon and removed from the records of time, in all but one book."

"His hatred for snakes and dragons is so immense that when father cursed him he became a part dragon." Azazel said remembering it as if it was yesterday.

"Another textbook reason as to why God of the Bible is an asshole." Issei had his reasons but sacred gears had caused more issues than they solved.

"I take it as Hades is pissed that Zeus is cooperating with us. But to go this far is insane." Azazel knew how all of this unfolded when he saw Samuel.

"Lord Hades is letting us borrow it with some restrictions." Cao Cao twirled his spear and pointed it at them "Samuel's curse will devour and kill dragons just like you two. And it's on a whole new level than that toothpick you carry around."

"Even so to go this far to kill them is overkill. Having Samuel out of his prison is even more dangerous for the world than you think." His eyes wander down to see Ophis "You plan on killing Ophis."

That's when a click of the fingers was heard "Devour her." The mouth opened up as a black blob appeared and went for Ophis in a matter of moments. It ate her as the blob formed into tentacles as it devoured her.

"Cut it Yuuto." Rias shouted as Kiba did so. Swinging his sword down it slid into the blob, the blade disappeared as he only had a hilt left when the strike was finished.

{HALF DIMENSION!} Vali's energy wings appeared as they began to dissipate energy but the attack had no effect at all. When nothing worked Vali changed to shooting out a few balls of energy. The demonic power had no effect as well.

"Fine." Rias held her hands out as they were filled with the power of destruction. As she fired it off the ball of black destruction looked as if it was doing something as it sank into the blob. But ultimately it was for nothing as it fizzled away.

{VANISHING DRAGON BALANCE BREAKER!} "So my opponent is two high tier Longinus. I guess I can't complain about that." [WELSH DRAGON BALANCE BREAKER!] Issei wasn't going to be outdone as he pushed Ravel away from them as everyone else got the hint out what was going to happen.

"Can you take on both dragons and the Governor-General, possibly the Gremory team on by yourself?" Georg asked as he was somewhat doubtful of the odds.

Cao Cao twirled the spear around and tapped in on the ground "I will make it happen. If I can't then I guess I have no right to use the strongest Longinus." The spear started to glow "Balance breaker."

Around Cao Cao, seven large balls floated around him. As he walked forward the balls followed him and made no sound. "This is my Balance Breaker Polar Night Longinus Chakravartin. It's still a work in progress."

"Chakravartin? Not Geta Demelung? With this subspecies, you think you are a ruler?" Azazel questions him.

"Let me show you one of my seven abilities. Each one is deadly, Chatsuka Ratana." One of the orbs disappeared as a shattering sound was heard. It echoed through the room as they looked over at the source of it.

"Ex Durandal!" Xenovia cried out as the blade laid in ruins all across the floor with only the hilt left.

"Chatsuka Ratana destroys weapons." Cao Cao said as Xenovia screamed as she dropped to the floor as blood pooled on the floor as a hole in her stomach dripped blood. "If you cant see the spear that pierced your stomach then it means you cant defeat me."

"Asia heal her." Rias snapped as Asia got to work.

Issei and Kiba charged forward as Kiba swung his sword at him while Issei went to grab Cao Cao as he dodges it with ease "Itsutei Ratana" A black orb this time flew towards the group. Rias and Akeno went to play defense as they put up barriers around the group. Cao Cao squeezed his left hand as the orb exploded leaving them blinded by the light. The barriers they created were dispelled as they tried to charge up attacks but nothing worked. "Itsutei Ratana seals the unique power of women temporarily. And it looks like you two are not above the power level needed to break free." He looked around "I think this was easy enough Georg."

Kuroka fired two small balls of energy as Cao Cao swatted them away with his spear. Another orb went over to Kuroka as she attempted to smack strike it sending a second attack. "You in the way."

"As are you, Atsusa Ratana." Kuroka and Le Fay who was close enough disappeared from the room. The second attack was redirected towards Asia and Xenovia.

"Asia!" Issei yelled as his armor purged [Change Star Sonic.] Issei ran towards Asia to intercept the attack. When he got in front of them the armor morphed back into its normal state as he intercepted the attack. The following explosion blew out what windows were left as most of Issei's arm armor was blown off with parts of his chest and legs as well.

"I already know your powers. But during your fight with Bael, you awakened an unstable yet more powerful ability of the ones you used in Kyoto. The weakness is the time it takes you to swap forms. If I can account for that lag and react you die."

"Issei you hurt." Asia saw that he had taken some damage as there was so blood flowing from his extremities.

"Deal with her, I'll be fine." Issei said as he pointed to Xenovia.

In front of Issei, a large golden armor appears. "Vali you're with me."

"And here I just wanted to fight him by myself." Vali said as he stood next to Azazel.

The two of them moved at lightspeed Vali with his fist covered in demonic power and Azazel had a spear of light. They reached Cao Cao as he sidestepped the attacks. "The Governor-General and White dragon, an interesting match up."

Issei watched Cao Cao movements, 'He can't be human' He thought to himself.

"Armor type Balance Breakers all use power ups to accomplish their goals. But they have their downsides. The aura they generate leaks out from the armor making it easy for people to can read auras to guess their next move." Cao Cao kept dodging attacks as he spoke. When he spun around his right eye glowed goldenly. "I had to have my eye replaced after the Red Dragon destroyed my last one. So I figured this was my best choice for replacement."

Azazel looked at it as his left leg started to turn to stone "Medusa's eye." Azazel now knew what the eye was. Unfortunately with his mobility now lowered Cao Cao slid the tip of his spear forward through the folds in his armor stabbing him.

"Yes well, we have already fought once before. Did you think I wasn't going to take precautions on how to deal with you?" Cao Cao looked on as he saw Vali charging up a large blast of demonic power at Cao Cao. He looked at Vali "Abandoned by your parents because they thought you were a monster. And yet the one who saved you is now injured." Cao Cao goaded Vali.

Vali let loose the energy as it came towards him. "I don't think so, Mani Ratana." A black ball came out and absorbed the energy as it sucked it up like a vortex. '

Issei watched as the ball floated over to them. "MOVE!" He yelled out as the ball opened up letting out the blast. The blast was directed at Koneko as it opened.

Koneko was frozen as she stared at the mass of energy. "Why aren't you moving Shirone!" Kuroka yelled out as she appeared in front of Koneko as she held her hands out shielding her from the attack. The explosion echoed through the area, as the smoke cleared Kuroka's hands were bleeding as smoke was coming off of her arms. "Why didn't you… dodge it you… airhead." Kuroka wasn't all there when she spoke.

"S s s sister." Koneko looked down at Kuroka.

Vali looked and saw that now Kuroka was out of the fight. "I, who am about to awaken. I'm the Heavenly Dragon who has taken the principles of supremacy from God."

"Cao Cao the Juggernaut drive will tear this dimension apart." Gorge shouted.

"I'm aware." He said as he pointed at Vali "Samael." Just like before a black blob extended out engulfing Vali, but then quickly pulled back.

Out of Vali's armor blood spewed out as he was on the floor. His armor faded away as he was coughing up blood onto the floor. "How does the poison of a god taste? It's too much for you isn't it?" Cao Cao taunted him as Vali looked at Cao Cao with murderous intent. "Even Ophis can't do anything against Samael. So our predictions were correct. Red and White and even Azazel have been dealt with. The only ones left are Michael's Angel, Holy demonic sword wielder, and Le Fay."

Irina looked over at Xenovia with tears in her eyes as she saw that Asia was able to patch her up but it wasn't the best. She summoned her holy sword as she headed towards Cao Cao. Rias grabbed onto her "Don't If you go in there you will be killed. If we don't think about how to deal with his powers then we will be slaughtered here. I don't know about you but I can't tell the difference between his seven treasures, they all look the same and are the same sizes."

Asia moved over to Issei as she started healing him. "Issei I'm done with Xenovia."

Issei pointed to Kuroka who was laying on the ground. "Heal up Kuroka. We might need her powers." Asia was conflicted hearing that but she understood in the end. Issei looked over as he saw metal clanging as Cao Cao was blocking attacks from Kiba.

"Kiba Yuuto, a talent that is near Seigfried. Talent and precision who can be deadly to somebody like me. But unfortunately for you, I can still beat you easily." Cao Cao swung his spear as Kiba dodged as his sword morphed into a holy one as his army of knights appeared. "Ah yes, the new Balance Breaker show me it." Kiba sent the Knights forward as they clashed with Cao Cao. Mear twirls of his spear were more than enough to slice through the knight's armor shattering them. "They were more durable than I expected, but nonetheless still not strong enough." He looked over to Georg "Are you done yet?"

"Yeah, we got enough."

"Excellent." Cao Cao snapped his fingers as the black mess covering Ophis retracted back to the cross as it sank back into the ground Samuel made howling noises as it was dragged back to Cocytus.

Ophis looked at Cao Cao. "You planned to take my power."

"Correct, we can put it to better use than you have. We plan to make our own version of the ouroboros."

"A new Ophis? You must be mad." Azazel said as he was holding onto his wound.

"Maybe, who knows." Cao Cao said as he looked at Georg "Call in the reapers Hades wants what's left of Ophis." Georg crafted a magic circle preparing for them to leave.

"Why aren't you killing us?" Vali asked as he coughed up blood "You have the power to kill all of us here."

"If I do that here and now I don't have many chances to fine-tune my Balance breaker." Cao Cao tapped his spear on his head as he finished.

"You're looking down on us."

"Vali you're no different. You do the same thing now the roles are reversed. So how does it feel?" He looked over to Issei "And you need to get stronger, even Heroes want to challenge Maou's and Legendary Dragons. Have fun with what's to come." His words faded as the two of them teleported away.

Looking out the window there was a small army of Reapers getting ready to storm the build. "That bastard Hades is seriously going to do something like this."

Kiba looked out the window and saw the small army. "That's a lot of reapers, over a hundred of them."

"I think this stems back to that comment Issei." Rias brought up the fact that he made fun of Hades earlier.

"Naw," Issei said as Asia was healing his hands. "His alignment is chaotic evil, this was bound to happen."

"We need to get to the middle of the building and fortify a defensive zone." Azazel pointed at Kiba and Vali "Help carry him, we don't want to take a chance at Issei contracting it through touch as well."

Gathering everyone up they made their way down into the center of the building. Le Fay did what she could as she put up an array of barrier spells. Asia did what she could to heal the injuries that everyone sustained, all while Koneko and Ravel watched over Kuroka as she was resetting in another room. Vali was in pain as Asia was able to heal his wounds but after some trial and error they found out that there was a curse placed on him. While Le Fay knew a plethora of spells and ways to dispel curses this one was far beyond her leaving him to suffer.

As Rias Akeno and Azazel were formulating a plan for their eventual battle. While Kuroka and Le Fay were looking around using a combination of senjutsu and different types of magic looking for anything that could be used to anchor them to dimension. After half an hour everything went awry as explosions could be felt shaking the building.

Down the hall, another explosion rattled as Issei ran into the hall within his Balance breaker armor just in time to catch a grim reaper swinging a scythe at him. Ducking down he avoided it as with his left hand he latched on to the reaper's face as his fingers dug into its face. The sound of bones cracking echoed in the halls as the reaper's skull was cracking from the force. Behind Issei were Rias and Akeno as they fired off volleys of power of destruction and holy lightning taking down many reapers in the waves. The final straw broke as the reaper Issei was holding body was limp as a ball of energy formed in his left hand. When Issei let the energy fly it immensely impacted with the reaper's skull vaporizing it as the body fell to the ground headless.

Down the hall walked a larger figure as Azazel saw what it was "To think someone like you would show up."

"I am Pluto, one of Hades's guards. You have allied with a terrorist, and for this, your punishment will be death. Ironic for someone who preached about alliances." The large robbed figure drew a scythe

"So this is Hades' plan? Nobody is going to buy it, no matter how much proof you have, nobody trusts hades. So Pluto, what makes you think you will succeed in being the role of the heroes when you are no better than terrorists?"

"Devils, fallen all scum in the end. I will be taking Ophis and your corpses as evidence whether you like it or not." Pluto rushed towards Azazel as he was able to reactivate his golden armor. Their clashes rocked the building as huge sections of walls were being destroyed with no problems.

Behind Pluto, there was a silver-haired man with his dragon arms out holding all six of his swords at the ready. Kiba stepped in front of Issei as he formed a Holy Demonic sword. "I'll deal with him." Kiba said giving off some hostility, this was a first for him.

"It looks as if you have a new ability." Siegfried was looking for a fight "And I want to see it.

Kiba gripped his sword as he ran towards Siegfried. Their swords clashed as Siegfried was now having to move at an ever-faster pace than he had to in the last time they fought. "I haven't been able to forgive myself for losing to you in Kyoto." Issei watched as they got faster and faster in the tight corridors.

The clashing of metal colliding created sparks leaving a visible trail of where their attacks were bouncing off each other. Siegfried was effortlessly blocking Kiba's one sword as he did the same blocking six swords with his one. As they traded blows Siegfried's clothes were getting cut as there was cloth hanging around while Kiba's was flawless. "Your speed and technique have increased dramatically." Kiba was able to swing his sword as Siegfried was talking as it nicked his face as blood dripped down.

"Nothung Tyrfing," Siegfried said as his two of his swords glowed as he swung the first sword it cut through the air making a small vacuum as the second one hit the ground cratering the floor. "Balmung" As he thrust that sword forward it created a drill-like effect around it.

Kiba summoned a handful of his Dragon knights as he used them as a shield. "Dainsleif." Siegfried swung another of his swords as it created pillars of ice freezing the rest of the knights in place. "Your knights are impressive but you can give them power but not your techniques. And if all they have is speed then they are nothing." Siegfried gloated but soon after he felt a sharp pain as he heard one of his swords fall to the ground. Looking back Siegfried saw one of the knights behind him. "Impossible" That's when the armor opened up revealing that Kiba was inside of it. "But you are over… illusionary magic I see now."

"I used my demonic power to cast an illusion and you bought it."

"Dragonslayer swords nonetheless." Siegfried clutched onto the missing limb as Kiba sliced down cutting off another one.

"You have no idea how hard they are to create. I asked Azazel about dragon slayer swords and how I could make them. I toiled over them and eventually, I made a holy dragon sword, and even now I can make a holy demonic dragon-slaying sword."

Rias looked over at Issei "Did you know about this?"

Issei shook his head "I didn't even know he could do illusions." Issei caught a glimpse out of the corner of his eye as he held his hand out to the side. A ball of energy formed as the reaper appeared in front of it as it was too late for him. The energy was let loose vaporizing the reaper who thought they could get the jump on them.

"You train with Yuuto every day right?" Rias asked, reaffirming what she knew.

"Yep." Issei said as he watched the two of them go at it again.

"As you are right now you beat Sairaorg combined with his Longinus. What do you think Yuuto will do if he keeps training like this every day?" Rias asked as she was genuinely intrigued to see what the growth could be.

"Look at him, he's dominating this fight. When we were in Kyoto, Kiba Xenovia and Irina lost to him and then lost to him the next night without Irina. Now he's winning with no issue. The underworld sees me as your ace, but in reality, I'm just a one-trick pony. Kiba can fight against me without armor."

"So Yuuto is overshadowed by you."

Issei nodded "Yeah, it's fine tho. It's best to keep a cloak for the dagger."

Kiba pointed his sword at Siegfried as he felt the mist engulf him. "Looks as if we are going to postpone that." Siegfried was whisked away as he was replaced with a group of reapers.

Rias and Akeno started shooting magic as Kiba started slashing away at the reapers as many of them as possible.

[Hyoudou Issei.] Issei heard his name called out as he looked around to see where it came from as he didn't recognize the voice. [Inside.] He looked at his hand "oh? And you are?"

[Name's matter not.] Another voice was heard as they kept switching every time they talked. [We have something to say.] Issei closed his eyes as he was transported into the white space inside the sacred gear. The souls of the damned were gathered around this time they were in a more lively mood rather than the mopey mood they had been in once before. [There is something that can get you out of this.]

"If you say the Juggernaut drive I will find a way to kill you all." Issei said to them.

They each put out their hands giving him the stop signal, then all but one of their fingers curled in as they wagged the index finger. [Something better than that.] [We finally understand it.] Then they spoke in unison [THE POWER OF BREASTS.]

Issei popped out of the dimension as he looked up and saw that most of the hotel above them was missing, making them the top floor now. "Azazel the souls in the boosted gear are talking nonsense."

"I'm kinda busy right now." He said swinging a staff around blocking Pluto's attacks.

"They're telling me to grope Rias' tits and use gifts on them. And now that they believe in the power of breasts." Issei recited as he was hearing them talk.

This got everyone's attention. "Oh yeah your annihilation attack, do it. It should be fun to see the power of Rias' tits to give you a power-up." Azazel was hyping him up while making the reapers scared at the same time.

Issei however thought about it as he walked over to Rias. The gem on the Boosted gear was glowing bright green as he stood in front of Rias. Issei stared at her breasts ogling them "Will they get bigger, more elastic. I don't want to change them so they look like they are bolted on."

"What are you doing, Issei?" Rias asked now not all too sure what was going to happen.

Issei poked her in her right nipple as he pushed through her shirt and bra "I'm uh gonna transfer power into your breasts."

[BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST! BOOST!] [TRANSFER]

Power funneled in breasts as they glowed a red color. An audible chant from the gear was heard for everyone [Bust Bust Bust Bust Bust Bust Bust] Out of Rias' nipples fired a crimson beam that had a green spiral around it as she was moaning from the power. The beam hit Issei as he was engulfed in the crimson aura.

His armor and energy were replenished to the levels he was at the start of the day as he was standing in his fancy crimson armor.

Rias however was panting for air as she fell to the floor. Her chest was deflated as there was more shirt than what would be needed as she was almost the same size as Asia.

Akeno was amazed at what she just saw "Did you give her an orgasm and she gave you a power-up?"

Pluto and Azazel had stopped fighting just to witness Issei's madness. "OPPAI POWER." Azazel was chanting as he saw some of the odd things from Issei. "CRIMSON BUST PRINCESS!" He yelled from above. "There's a name for idiots like you two, can you imagine what the school would do if they knew about your relationship?"

"Noooooooooo!" Rias yelled at Azazel "Shut up I don't wanna be called that."

Issei kneeled in front of her as he stuck his hand out. "Do you wanna go beat up on some of the reapers outside instead of Azazel?"

She took his hand "Can you help me beat Azazel up later?"

"You bet." Issei said as she placed his hand on his as he helped her up. The two of them went to the nearest window and jumped out as Rias extended her devil wings while Issei his translucent dragon ones. They circled the building as they were hovering around the parking lot where the reapers were sending in waves of reapers into the building. Issei held his hands out as he formed his signature dragon shot. Rias did the same as in her hand black orbs formed. They looked at each other as they threw the attacks at the ground. As the energy hurdled down Ria's attacks were more precise as she was able to pick off groups. While Issei wasn't so precise as he just lobbed large balls of energy around destroying anything in the blast radius.

As the hotel shook from the explosions Akeno looked over at Kiba "I never thought Rias would take to Issei's fighting style so well." Everybody looked out of the building as they saw the reapers were all but eliminated and what little of a parking lot was now more a large crater.

"At least she enjoyed herself after going through more of Issei's crazy things." Kiba agreed seeing the onset of destruction.

With most if not all of the reapers everyone evacuated out of the building as Issei and Rias were admiring their work. Issei wasn't all too happy as he looked over at Rias, seeing the status of her breasts "You might be flatter than Koneko now. Let's hope this fixes itself."

"Give it up Pluto." Azazel pointed a spear at him as they made it down to ground level.

The dimension began to flicker as a hole in the sky was created. Out of it a man in an armored bodysuit and cape came down. "It's been some time since Red Dragon and Vali.

"Shalba? You're still alive?" Azazel was just as perplexed.

"You survived the Longinus Smasher?" Issei said amazed that anything could have survived that attack.

"Yes no that's to you I had to accept assistance from others to heal my wounds. I did lose Ophis's snake due to that."

Issei playing with his hands making bar graphs in the air, he lowered one and made another raising it. "So if your weaker than before and I'm stronger than I was beforeeeeee" He stretched it out emphasizing the point.

Shalba snapped his finger as out from under his cap he pulled a small child whose eyes did not look to be all there. "And with this, I'm going to start a war. Just… like… this…" He said with a deranged smile on his face.

The boy screamed out as under him devil ruins lit up as his body glowed. A deep shadow spanned the whole area as Shalba flew up into the sky as he was laughing like a mad man. "Annihilation maker is such a beautiful thing. I can create monsters, monsters that can eliminate all of the current devils." The shadow wave condensed into a massive creature that spanned well over the hotel.

"KILL IT!" Azazel yelled out as he threw light spears at the abomination. Everyone else followed suit throwing whatever they could as everything bounced off it.

The dimension was breaking down as the monster's howls alone. Pluto and what was left of his reapers retreated as Shalba looked down at the group "What's wrong Vali? Your too weak to defeat a real Maou as your just a filthy half breed."

"Coming from somebody who is using another person's powers."

Shalba got a good psychotic laugh out of that "In the end, it only matters that I win. But I have other business here." He pointed towards Ophis as he fired a stream of demonic power that wrapped around her forming a rope.

As he pulled on it hoisting it in Issei leapt into the air closing the game between the two of them "Yeah I'm not going to let you take her."

"You think I care about them? The devils… the children that care for you so much. My curse my MONSTERS WILL CRUSH THEM. AND THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO!" Shalba was beyond normal sanity.

The dimension was giving way at a massive rate. "We can't stay here much longer." Kuroka said she was holding onto Vali.

"Ise! We need to leave, get over here!" Rias yelled out.

He waved his hand brushing them off "Leave then. I have something to deal with."

Everyone was shocked hearing that as Kiba spoke up "I'll help."

"This dimension is failing, my armor can protect me for a while. He doesn't need Ophis for anything. Plus I have some leftover business with Shalba here. Surviving the Longinus Smasher is something he should not have done."

"We're going to call you and Ophis back with the dragon gate then." Azazel said as the light behind him faded away.

Issei flew up to eye level with Shalba as he spoke out "And here I expected Vali to come after me. Yet there is a failure in front of me."

[BOOST!] [BOOST!] [BOOST!] [BOOST!] [BOOST!]

"Why do you want to fight a real Maou? Or are you after the power of Ophis? The power of a Heavenly Dragon must want to dominate the world."

Issei pointed at Shalba as his armor started to shift into the crimson hue "You want to see power Beelzebub then I will show you real power."

"Crimson?" He asked as Issei dashed forward. Quickly forming a magic circle hew summon multiple hives of hornets sending them at Issei.

Issei dodged them as they were far slower than he was. That was Shalba's only defensive line as he heard the sacred gear call [Solid Impact Booster!] Issei's first sank into Shalba's stomach as first what saliva he had come out followed by him coughing up a large amount of blood. "You little shit." Shalba wiped the leftover blood off his mouth as he raised his hand creating multiple magical attacks similar to Rossweisse. He sent the magic flying to Issei as he didn't bother dodging the attacks.

The magic pelted Issei as he didn't even bother dodging them. The impacts made large amounts of smoke as Issei's voice came out from it "You call yourself a Maou and I expected you to act like one. But what do I see? A sad pathetic excuse for a person with plenty of magical talent." Issei disappeared as Shalaba wasn't able to follow him, but soon he felt at fist collide with his face. There was a pop as some bones broke somewhere in his face. "A sad excuse of an existence."

Shalba pushed on his face trying to correct his jaw as out from behind him he pulled a knife from his back. The blade was dripping with blood as he ran at Issei with it. "You shitty dragon, you can't beat me." He swung the knife down at Issei trying to make contact with the armor. Issei jumped back dodging the knife as out of the left gauntlet Ascalon fired out [BLADE!] He dragged his arm up as the blade came in contact with Shalba's arm. Yanking the Blade towards himself as it sawed in his Shalba's arm.

Shalba did one of the worst things possible as he jerked his arm twisting and pulling trying to get free as it severed his arm. The arm and the knife fell into the abyss off the dimensional gap as everything had eroded. "You fucking piece of…" Shalba shouted out as Issei moved closer to him. The blade of Ascalon went into Shalba's mouth and tweaked to the side as it punctured his cheek as it slid out. Shalba's mouth was bleeding everywhere as Issei pushed it in further as it got to the point where Issei could cover his mouth with his hand.

Ascalon carved more of his cheek out as he got into a better position allowing Issei to grab his face. "It's best everyone left," Issei said as Shalba made muffled noises as he tried to get free. His eyes looked down as he saw a red glow forming. "Because they would not want to see this."

Shalba screamed out as he saw what was coming as he was pulling on Issei's arm. But he was just inferior in everything that matters in real combat. "Crimson Blaster." The red glow soon turned into an explosion that splattered blood everywhere from Issei letting the energy detonate in Shalba's mouth.

Issei shook the blood of Ascalon as it retracted while wiping away some of the blood on him as he was in the splatter zone. "Why did you help me? Ophis asked as Issei looked around as they were in the dimensional gap proper now.

"You saved my girls."

"I don't understand… That was my gratitude to them. But why did you help me?"

Issei let down the helmet as he scratched his head. "Asia and Irina are important to me. And you saved them so I felt it was only right that I did the same." Ophis was confused hearing that as it was almost a new concept to her "Tell me why did you choose to work with the Khaos Brigade? Because it's looking like you're more misguided."

"They promised me they would defeat Great Red. I wanted to return to the dimensional gap and regain my silence."

Issei scratched his head healing that "Did you ever think if they could even beat Great Red? In the end, they just used you for their own goals."

"If they beat Great Red with my snakes it's fine." She paused for a moment "But then I was taken to the home of Red Dragon because I thought I could find help. I wanted to see if the secrets of the Heavenly Dragon were there."

He understood it all now, power and deceit were a powerful thing in this world. Issei smiled as he held out his hand " Do you want to become a friend of mine?"

"Friend? What do I gain from it?" She asked not knowing what it was.

"We can talk about things."

"That sounds fun." She reached up and grabbed hold of his hand as he pulled her up and set her on his shoulder.

"All we do is wait for our ride out of here." Issei walked forward while directions weren't relevant in the gap they walked away from where they were for a while.

Ophis pointed over to Issei's left side "Red."

Looking over he saw Great Red coming towards them. Issei had no clue what to do as there was no way to get away from a Dragon that roamed this area as if it was his own. Red came right at them and stopped for a moment as Issei was sucked down onto his head and continued swimming on. He placed Ophis down as he felt a pressure exerting down on him that affected him mentally and physically.

Issei collapsed as he looked up and saw Ophis looking down at him as his eyes drooped closed. The Boosted gear appeared on his hand as [What is the meaning of this?] Ddraig asked

Ophis looked down at the gauntlet "What do you think of your host?"

[He's the best I've ever had.]

"There is work to be done then." They heard a male voice that wasn't one they were aware of.

In the basement of the Hyoudou household, Azazel Tannin and Kuroka were working on a dragon gate as everyone else watched the three of them. "Preparations are complete, let's open the gate." The circle glowed red as a portal was formed.

"It's connected." Kuroka said as the red light got even brighter.

"Good, we are going to need help with the monster." Azazel watched as the inside of the portal opened up. Once fully opened peering through the other side there was nothing but darkness. But it only lasted for a moment as the portal was slammed shut and it shattered like a glass pane falling down. "What?"

"Make it again." Tannin said, "Put more power into it this time."

They reforged the dragon gate as the spear in Azazel's hand glowed a brighter gold. The portal opened up as they peered through and saw a part of a red scale as the portal snapped shut once again. "How?" Azazel asked, "How is the portal closing."

"Dragon Gates can only be closed if there is nothing to summon or a stronger power forces it shut." Tannin said.

"But who is stronger than 2 dragon kings, a weakened heavenly dragon and myself, and can shut it?" Azazel asked knowing that the answer could be counted on one hand.

"Ophis's power is drained but she is still with him." Fafnir said as the jewel on Azazel's scepter glowed when he talked.

"It has to be Great Red then, he must want something." Tannin thought about it and that would be the only possible option.

All the girls were sitting around watching the madness evolving in front of them "Ise… not coming back?" Rias asked as the worst-case scenario took over her mind. Soon the others came to the same realization.
