Chapter 237 - 237: Doflamingo Arrives.

Chiga stood calmly in the center of the arena, completely unfazed by the countless eyes focused on him.

He turned his head slightly toward Robin, who was smiling at him with the excitement of a typical fangirl.

Violet rose to her feet, staring intently at Chiga in the arena. Her voice trembled as she tried to speak,

"Purple…"

But before she could finish, a voice echoed from above.

"Admiral Purple Kirin!"

Chiga wasn't surprised by the sudden interruption. He had already sensed someone rapidly approaching—naturally, it was Doflamingo.

The horned boy from earlier, the half-Fish-Man Dellinger, had wasted no time in informing Doflamingo that Chiga was suspected to be in Dressrosa.

Upon receiving this news, Doflamingo sprang into action, his unease confirming his worst fears.

Leaping from a window, he used the power of his String-String Fruit to grab the clouds and swing across the sky.

Now that Doflamingo had arrived, Chiga saw no need to hide his identity. His body grew taller, matching the stature of a Navy Admiral.

Ripples spread through his eyes as he activated his Rinnegan.

Doflamingo descended from the sky, his gaze locked on Chiga's eyes, his expression dark with concern.

He knew trouble was coming. Admiral Purple Kirin wouldn't appear in Dressrosa without a purpose.

As Doflamingo exposed Chiga's identity, the crowd in the arena fell into a stunned silence, quickly followed by an uproar.

"He's the strongest Navy Admiral, Purple Kirin!"

"No way! The King said it himself. How could it be a lie?"

"It makes sense now… That's why he crushed Bellamy with one blow. They were never on the same level!"

"Unbelievable! He's even more handsome in person!"

"Didn't you just call him a pretty boy?"

"Are you blind? He literally changed his physique in front of us. Look how tall he is now!"

...

Violet hadn't looked away from Chiga since his identity was revealed. She barely registered Doflamingo's arrival.

He was really that Admiral Purple Kirin… and she had spent so much time with him up close?

No wonder her Glare-Glare Fruit had no effect. What were her powers compared to the Rinnegan?

Chiga didn't just match every fantasy Violet had ever imagined—he gave her a powerful sense of safety.

With him here, she knew Dressrosa might finally be saved.

In the arena, Chiga faced Doflamingo, who looked like he was preparing for the worst.

"Doflamingo," Chiga said evenly, "I didn't expect to find you wearing a crown. Does this mean you've abandoned your title as a Shichibukai?"

Doflamingo's smile looked more like a grimace as he replied, "Admiral Purple Kirin, you jest. I only took over because the King was proving...inadequate."

"You expect anyone to believe that?"

Even Doflamingo couldn't stand by his flimsy excuse. Caught off guard by Chiga's sudden appearance, he hadn't had time to come up with a better lie.

Chiga ignored him. With a snap of his fingers, the air shimmered—ROOM—and both Violet and Robin were instantly teleported from the stands to his side.

Doflamingo's expression darkened the moment he saw Violet appear. He knew then things had taken a dangerous turn.

As soon as Violet appeared beside Chiga, she couldn't contain herself. Ignoring the tens of thousands watching in the Corrida Colosseum, she threw herself into Chiga's arms, sobbing,

"I can't believe it's really you! Admiral Purple Kirin! Please, save Dressrosa!"

Robin glanced toward them, a bit flustered by Violet's outburst, but she chose to stay quiet, recognizing the gravity of the moment.

Chiga gently moved Violet away and waited for her to calm down. Then he said,

"Sorry I didn't tell you my identity sooner."

"No! I understand. Admiral Purple Kirin must have had his reasons!"

"Uh…"

Her trust made Chiga slightly uncomfortable. His 'reason' was just wanting to enjoy Dressrosa quietly with Robin.

Looking at Violet's tear-streaked face, he decided it was better not to admit that.

At that moment, Doflamingo launched an attack. His fingers twitched, sending razor-thin threads hurtling toward Violet.

He couldn't let her speak. She knew too much. If she revealed his crimes, it wouldn't just anger the people—Admiral Purple Kirin would ensure his end.

But before the threads reached Violet, they were obliterated by an invisible force.

Chiga glanced at Doflamingo, his voice calm but dangerous.

"Who gave you the courage to attack in front of me?"

"Admiral Purple Kirin, it's a misunderstanding," Doflamingo said hastily. "That woman is a threat. I was only acting to protect you."

Chiga clearly wasn't buying it. He turned to Violet.

"Tell me everything."

Violet nodded with determination. With Chiga beside her, she had no fear. She raised her voice, exposing all of Doflamingo's hidden crimes.

She revealed how he manipulated King Riku into slaughtering his own people, how he fueled wars by selling weapons, and the horrifying truth behind the toy transformations in Dressrosa.

The arena went silent as the crowd processed her words. Shock turned to rage.

Doflamingo made no further excuses. His eyes narrowed and he shot into the sky.

But it was futile.

Chiga raised his hand—Almighty Pull.

Doflamingo was yanked from the air, his body suspended in Chiga's grip, helpless.

Chiga stared at him coldly.

"So you admit it. What do you think your punishment should be?"

Doflamingo stopped pretending. His face twisted into a mad grin.

"Fufufu… What's there to say? The power is yours, do whatever you want. But don't fool yourself, Admiral. There are people out there far more brutal than me."
