Chapter : 26 : What Did You Say :

" The first student that showed excellent talents is the second prince Aurelian Von Valerion . "
At this words no one in the room showed any particular surprise .
After all the second prince was the member of the royal family , so obviously he is talented .
On the contrary it would have been surprising if he did not have special talents .
" He has three magical affinities . "
" For the first two being of - fire and wind magic . "
As he said that the teacher look at the principle and then said his next words .
" But more importantly Aurelian Von Valerion has also awakened the special magical affinity of the royal bloodline - Crystal magic . "
" Hiss !!!! "
The moment these words were spoken many in the room took a deep and sharp breaths .
To characters like the principle or the professor Frost this news was surprising but nothing for them to make a big fuss about .
But for the other side characters in the room with less power and knowledge this was a major event.
The Crystal magic is the iconic sign and emblem of the royal family of Valerion .
And it is very rare to awaken even among their royal family members .
But this time there is two young people in the same generation of the royal family that have awakened the crystal magic .
The first prince was already a genius with excellent crystal magic and now his younger brother was also showing the same .
As soon as these news comes out it will create a earthquake among the various powerful fraction within an outside the kingdom .
Obviously it will be a good news for the royal fraction and the groups that supported the royal family .
But it will be a bad news for other fractions who have animosity against the royal family .
Although compared to many other kingdoms the kingdom of Valerion was far more united and stable .
But that does not mean internal conflicts and people with ambitions don't exist .

And in the original story line even in the future influence of these opposite fractions will never grow to the point that could threaten a internal conflict .
" Prepare this report to be sent to the royal family and professor Frost you must give him training regarding his control over the Crystal magic . "
" Yes sir . "
This matter obviously had to be informed to the royal family because the Crystal magic is a special type of Magic related to them as such any information thought to the second prince will have to come from their hands .
Obviously the principle as the strongest Wizard in the kingdom knows about this crystal magic .
However some secrets are tightly kept by the royal family and can only be tought by them .
And if he interfeared in the matter it will be not seen as a good thing .
So it's better that for the Crystal magic the royal family send someone to train the second prince or they will have to ask his elder brother to do it .
The first prince was already a senior student in the academy and was quite good in crystal magic so it's would not be a difficult task for him to guide his younger brother .
" The next student with excellent talents I wanted to talk about is Elera Ros Thalric . "
The moment her name was mention professor Flameworth looked interested .

" Yes ! she did show quite strong affinity for fire magic and that's what I wanted to report . "
" Well that is to be expected she is from the Thalric family . "
Hearing this the principle nodded in agreement .
So far it was all good because this time along with the geniuses from other classes the amount of students who brought so much talent were considerable .
In fact this time the number of talent that they recorded were far more than anything they have seen in the past few decades .
" The next student I want to talk about is Delia Steelheart she has soon some talents in earth magic . "
Hearing this everyone nodded at in agreement
The Steelheart family has always been known for producing strong warriors and exceptional swordsmen .
As such even if she did not do much good in magic it would not be an issue .
Because her talent was somewhere else entirely .
But this also brought a shadow of confusion for many in the room .
The teacher said that he wanted to talk about five students in particular .
And yet the most important ones were already talked about .
The second prince .
The daughter of the Duke of the East .
And the last the daughter of the Steelheart family .
' Who else is left behind ? '
After all these three were the big weights of the new generation so who can in terms of importance and talent stand with them .
Instantly many people thought that perhaps another student from the capital's noble family might have shown exceptional talents .
However the next words of the teacher shattered their imagination into pieces .

Obviously while many of them thought this way , there were also those who strongly disagreed .

" Yes Exactly ! What if he is someone from the commoner background , his talent are not to be decided like that . "

" Cough ! Cough ! As I was saying that this boy's name is Zeal Cloudseaker and has two magical affinities. "
Two Magical Affinities !!!!
The people who earlier questioned the authenticity of the news became silent in shock , while the one from the lower background cheered in their heart .
A commoner with two types of Magical affinity was very rare to see .
And with ment that his natural magical talents quite high and can we set on the same level as many children's of the noble families.
But they would find that they were shocked a little too soon .
" The first affinity that he had his fire . "
With that the teacher took a pause of silence and looked at everyone with a serious face .
This was not because he didn't know what to say or was unsure .
But because he understood that what he was about to say right now would shake the entire room .
So he took in a deep breath and finally spoke .
" Zeal Cloudseaker's second magical affinity is - LIGHT MAGIC . "
