Chapter 28: "The Secret Wedding of the Goddess of Tomorrow (and the Jealous Harem Apocalypse That Followed)"
💒 Section 1: The Wedding No One Was Supposed to Know About
The sun hadn't risen yet.
Not because it was early morning—but because time had no idea how to proceed anymore.
Kai sat awkwardly on the edge of a floating temple platform, staring at a divine altar formed from broken timelines and wedding flowers.
"So... this is really happening?" he asked.
Auralith, Goddess of Forgotten Tomorrows, stood beside him in a white gown woven from shimmering strands of fate. "You proposed in a destroyed future. I accepted in a broken present. I think that qualifies as a divine engagement."
He scratched his head. "Won't the others be... mad?"
"You mean your harem of jealous goddesses, demon generals, and celestial assassins?"
"...Yeah. Them."
"They're going to riot."

🔥 Section 2: Meanwhile, in the Realm of Rage and Rejection
Malvexa obliterated her fourth training dummy that morning.
"HE WHAT?!"
Elyssaria sipped her tea and tried to stay calm—her wings fluttering involuntarily. "He's marrying Auralith in secret."
"He didn't even ask us?" Yui's normally passive voice cracked. "We could've at least run a compatibility simulation."
Caelith sobbed into a pillow made of memory feathers. "I was going to write their wedding song!"
Moona the Moonspawn Beast hissed, "So do we burn the temple? Or the dress?"
Malvexa growled, summoning her sword. "Both."
The palace vibrated with holy, demonic, and moon-fueled rage.
"Wait," Elyssaria said suddenly. "What if we crash the wedding... in style?"
The others paused.
Caelith sniffled. "Like... reverse objecting to the marriage?"
Yui's eyes glowed. "Or... co-opt it."
They all grinned.
"Oh no," said a nearby statue, which promptly exploded.

⛪ Section 3: The Wedding Begins (and Immediately Gets Hijacked)
Kai adjusted the collar of his ill-fitting divine tuxedo.
"I don't know how I ended up here," he muttered.
"You proposed," Auralith reminded him with a soft smile. "Twice."
"I'm not even sure if I'm technically single anymore."
"You're spiritually entangled with twelve entities," Yui's hologram suddenly chimed in—above the altar.
"What the hell—?!"
The temple rippled as portals opened mid-air. Malvexa stepped through first, in a black tuxedo with her sword strapped to her back.
"I OBJECT," she shouted.
"You're not supposed to object at the start," Kai protested.
Elyssaria floated in next. "We're not objecting, darling. We're co-marrying."
"What."
Suddenly, a new altar formed next to the first. Caelith danced down a silver staircase of music notes.
"We're making it a multi-tiered timeline-legal wedding."
Kai blinked. "That's... not a thing."
"It is now," Moona said, already in a moon-themed bridesmaid dress.

💔 Section 4: The Poly-Wedding Timeline Catastrophe
> [SYSTEM WARNING: MULTI-GODDESS UNION ATTEMPT DETECTED]
[ERROR: TOO MANY BRIDES. LOVE LIMIT EXCEEDED.]
The entire divine altar began to split into seven layers—each a different possible version of the wedding.
In one, Kai married Auralith under starlight.
In another, he married Malvexa while riding a lava serpent.
A third showed Yui proposing to him while reciting optimization data.
"I think we broke time again," Kai mumbled.
"You broke love," Elyssaria corrected, tossing a flower bomb into the sky.
The Beacon of Fate reappeared—but instead of interfering, it just gave up and started clapping.
Caelith sang, "🎵 This wedding's a paradox, but we love him anyway~ 🎵"

🛌 Section 5: The Honeymoon Wars Begin
After hours of ceremony, chaos, and one divine pie fight, the ceremony somehow concluded.
All of them were now kind of married.
To him.
Maybe.
Kai lay in bed that night in his celestial suite, surrounded by petals, timelines, and deadly silence.
"Okay, who gets the first honeymoon night?"
Auralith raised her hand.
"So did I," Malvexa said, cracking her knuckles.
Elyssaria floated forward. "I believe I qualify on a 'first goddess' basis."
"I calculated an optimal rotation," Yui added, projecting a pie chart.
Kai blinked. "I feel both incredibly lucky and dangerously close to cardiac arrest."
They advanced.
He screamed. Softly.
---
🌠 Section 6: And Then the Moon Exploded
Just as things were getting dangerously... amorous, the ceiling split apart.
A shadow fell over the temple.
Everyone froze.
"Is that... the moon?" Caelith whispered.
"No," said Auralith, eyes glowing. "It's something worse."
Descending from the sky was a massive celestial throne—on it sat a being in golden armor, flanked by twelve haloed brides.
> "I AM THE COSMIC EMPEROR OF BRIDEWORLDS."
> "YOU HAVE VIOLATED THE LIMIT OF DIVINE MATRIMONY."
Kai groaned. "Oh come on."
