"Ma, I have work. Leaving for Dhaka at dawn tomorrow. Take care of yourselves. Rubi... don't bother Ma."
Sabrina Khatun (worried):
"You haven't opened up since that day. All day, you just sit holding that cat. You don't even look at Rubi properly.
(Pauses)
Maybe I'm a mother, but even as one, I don't know what you're about to do."
Rahad (eyes lowered, but voice firm):
"It's something I have to do. I'll come back, Ma. I promise."
Rubi (tearful, calm):
"Bhaiya… if you go… they'll bother me again."
Rahad (faint smile):
"No one will touch you. I'm here, I'm staying… I live for you and Ma."
Rubi (blurted out suddenly):
"Bhaiya… are you taking Mimu with you?"
Rahad
"Yeah."
Cut to: Dawn. Rahad walks away. Ma and Rubi stand by the door, the wind lifts the scarf... Fade out.

Farzana (voice floating, mixing with the wind):
"Three months… you haven't come home, but your eyes never left them… not even once."
Rahad (eyes closed, lips pressed tight):
"They're still alive… that's my shame."
Farzana
"Roki, Hridoy, Emon… they still breathe freely.
Tomorrow it's Hridoy's turn… no delay, right?"
Rahad (opens eyes, slight smile—but fire in his gaze):
"My story begins in Hridoy's blood."

Hridoy (hoodie on, looking at phone, walking):
"Hello? Bro, I'm out on the street… no one here…"
Voice from shadow:
"Long time no see… friend."
Hridoy (turns around, eyes wide with fear and curiosity):
"Who are you?! Come forward!"
Rahad (emerges slowly from shadows):
"Your old shadow…"
Hridoy (shocked, eyes wide):
"Rahad?! Where have you been?! I—"
Rahad (calm, suddenly stabs):
"Time's up. The verdict's been passed."
Hridoy (backs away, bleeding):
"Buddy… please… I was high… I didn't know…"
Rahad (gritting teeth, breathing deep):
"One smile of yours drowned Sathi Madam's cries.
Today, I'll scream her cries out loud… with your blood!"
Rahad's hand trembles, the knife drops. He freezes… Hridoy escapes.

Lights flicker, wind roars… Farzana appears like a shadow.
Farzana (cold voice):

Sathi Madam's pain still echoes in the air."
Her eyes burst blood, surroundings turn red.
Farzana
"Your death is our beginning."

Rahad (sweaty, bloodied, standing at edge):
"I failed… I stopped."
Farzana (stern, never blinking):
"Because you're still human… but they were beasts.
Your stopping is sin… their survival a curse."
Rahad looks down—his shadow bleeding.
Rahad (to himself):
"I'm not afraid… just stopped…"
