"So tell me, what's your plan for me, and who exactly am I investing in?" He asked, wiping away Patricia's embarrassment. She quickly composed herself.
"It's not like you don't already know. Zara said she told you when you both made that deal back then," she revealed, bringing a knowing smile to his face. Patricia almost rolled her eyes, finding him completely childish.
"It's more fun hearing you say it," he replied, raising his hand to get the attention of a waiter.
"One Americano, please. Lots of ice," he ordered, and the waiter immediately left to fulfill the request.
"Well, now that you know, do I still need to show you a proposal, or will you invest?" She asked, getting straight to the point.
"As long as this investment helps you get your divorce, I will help. I really can't wait to court you," he said.
