Mabel reached out and ran her fingers over the shards. They shimmered with an eerie glow 🌟. They were dangerous, but so was she.
She paid for the shards 💸, knowing they would come in handy 🔧. Jacob, on the other hand, was looking at the food shack outside the shop 🍖, eyeing a roast boar 🦛.
"Why are you looking at food? 🍴" Mabel asked, raising an eyebrow. "You're going to need more than a roast boar to help you in battle 🥂."
Jacob shrugged. "Hey, every hero needs a snack 🍖. What's the point of fighting if I can't eat a boar in the middle of it? 🦛"
Mabel rolled her eyes 🙄, but deep down, she admired his spirit. "Fine, get your boar. Just don't get us killed because you're too busy chewing 🤦♀️."

Demon Attack: Iron Rank Test ⚔️👹
No sooner had they left the Iron City than a massive demon horde descended upon them 👹🔥. The Stone Rank demons were nothing compared to this 🔥🔥.
A giant lava beast, surrounded by shadow minions, approached them, snarling 😡. Its eyes burned with an ancient hatred as it swung its flaming tail 🔥 toward Mabel and Jacob.
"This is the real deal 🔥," Mabel said, her voice steady. "Jacob, we fight together 👊. Focus."
Jacob grinned 😁. "You know I'm always focused 👌. Ready when you are, partner."
Mabel charged forward ⚡, her dagger flashing in the sunlight as she activated lightening ⚡⚡⚡mode🌞. She dodged the lava beast's fiery tail with light speed as it whipped around, barely avoiding the inferno 🔥. In a single swift movement, she slashed at the beast's leg⚡⚡⚡, but it barely flinched 💢. Iron Rank demons were tougher than anything they'd fought before ⚔️.
Just as Mabel thought she had the upper hand, the lava beast howled in rage and slammed its tail down with earth-shattering force 💥. Jacob was too slow to dodge.
"Jacob, look out! 🚨" Mabel shouted.
But before she could reach him, the tail struck Jacob hard, sending him flying into a rock formation 🏔️, cracking it with a sickening thud 💀. Mabel screamed his name, charging forward to his side.
"No, no, no! Jacob!!" she yelled, her voice desperate.
Jacob groaned but slowly pushed himself up, wiping the blood from his forehead. "Did you really think I was going to let a little tail get me down? 😜"
Mabel was shaken, but she pushed her fear aside. "I don't care how tough you are, don't do that again! 😡"
Jacob, ever the jokester, waved her off. "I'll be fine, don't worry about me. Now, let's finish this thing off, shall we?"
But just as they were about to attack again, the lava beast unleashed a devastating eruption of molten lava from its mouth, shooting a wave of flames in all directions 🔥. Mabel was knocked back, but Jacob… he stood in front of her, sacrificing himself to take the full brunt of the attack.
"Jacob!!" Mabel cried, watching as the flames engulfed him. His body was thrown back, charred and burned, but he didn't collapse.
With a laugh that sounded as though he were on the brink of death, Jacob called out, "Hey, look, I cooked myself a little! 🥩🔥"
Mabel felt her heart drop into her stomach. "You're insane! 😤"
She dashed forward and struck the lava beast right in its heart 💖 with a well-aimed slash. The creature let out a final agonizing scream before it collapsed into ash 🌫️.
