Chapter 16 - Chapter 16 {Maid & Master}

Arwen's eyes widened as she took in the empty mall, the silence broken only by the echo of their footsteps. She had never seen anything like it, the sheer opulence and grandeur of the place was staggering. And Ye Shufen had rented it out, just for her?

She shook her head, trying to clear her thoughts. She couldn't let herself be swayed by material things, no matter how impressive. She was still a prisoner, still trapped by his whims and desires.

"What do you want me to try on?" she asked, her voice flat and unenthused.

Ye Shufen led her to a boutique, the mannequins dressed in designer gowns and couture pieces. He began to browse, his eyes scanning the racks with a critical eye.

"Everything," he said, gesturing to the store.

"Try on everything."

Arwen rolled her eyes, but did as she was told. She disappeared into the fitting room, emerging in a succession of beautiful dresses and outfits. She tried on countless of summer dresses, ripped jeans, shirts, crop tops, tank tops, sports attires, heels, sneakers, all kinds of outfit. Ye Shufen has never been shopping with any of the woman who were always with him. He just gave them money but for some reason he wanted to shop with Arwen he liked to watch her try own all these clothes.

"But everything in this store her size!" Ye Shufen said.

Arwen emerged from the fitting room one last time, wearing a simple white sundress with lace detailing. It was elegant and sophisticated, yet still youthful and playful. She twirled in front of the mirror, the skirt fluttering around her legs.

"Not bad," Ye Shufen said, his eyes appreciative as he took in her appearance.

"Everything fits perfectly."

He turned to the boutique owner, who had been hovering nearby.

"Wrap it all up," he ordered.

"Every single piece."

The owner bowed, hurrying to comply. Arwen watched, her eyes widening as she realized the extent of his generosity. Or was it manipulation? She couldn't tell anymore.

"Why are you doing this?" she asked, turning to face him.

"Why go through all this trouble?"

Ye Shufen's expression softened, a rare vulnerability flickering in his eyes.

"I want to see you happy," he said quietly.

"Even if it's just for a moment."

Arwen's heart skipped a beat, caught off guard by his sincerity. But the moment passed, and his usual stern facade slipped back into place.

"Besides," he added, a hint of his usual arrogance creeping back into his voice.

"I can't have my woman walk around like a broke person!"

Arwen sighed she should just give up this guy can say one nice thing and then a mean thing!

As the boutique owner finished wrapping up the purchases, Ye Shufen took the bags from him, slinging them over his shoulder. He turned to Arwen, gesturing for her to precede him out of the store.

"You can change into something more comfortable in the car," he said, his tone dismissive.

Arwen nodded, following him out of the mall and into the parking lot. The BMW was waiting for them, the driver holding the door open. She slid into the back seat, Ye Shufen settling in beside her.

As the car pulled away from the curb, Arwen reached for one of the bags, intending to change her clothes. But Ye Shufen stopped her, his hand closing over hers.

"Not yet," he said, his voice low and commanding.

"I want to see you in something else first."

Arwen gasped as Ye Shufen's hands slid up her legs, the silk socks cool against her skin. She watched in surprise as he pulled them up, the fabric stretching to cover her thighs. The sensation was strange, but not unpleasant. She had never worn socks like these before.

"Why are you doing this?" she asked, her voice barely above a whisper.

Ye Shufen's eyes flicked up to hers, a hint of mischief in their depths.

"I like the way they look on you," he said, his voice husky.

"They're... different."

Arwen bit her lip, unsure of how to respond. She felt exposed, vulnerable in a way she hadn't before. The silk clung to her skin, a constant reminder of his touch.

"What else do you have planned?" she asked, her curiosity getting the better of her.

Ye Shufen smirked, reaching into one of the bags. He pulled out a pair of black lace panties and a matching bra.

"Let's see how these look on you," he said, his tone leaving no room for argument.

"Mr. General I am hungry."

"Alright we can play maid and master when we get home," Ye Shufen said.

This shameless pervert bastard.

"Like in the bedroom?"

Ye Shufen's eyes darkened at Arwen's question, a slow smile spreading across his face. He leaned in closer, his breath hot against her ear.

"Yes," he murmured, his voice low and seductive.

"In the bedroom. I'll be the master, and you'll be my obedient maid."

Arwen's heart raced at his words, a mix of fear and excitement coursing through her veins. She knew she should refuse, should put an end to this game before it even began.

"I will not!"

"Humph you will!" Ye Shufen said as he lost his temper once more they walked inside the five star restaurant. The two were brought to a private room.

Arwen sat across from Ye Shufen, her hands folded in her lap as she waited for the waiter to take their order. The private room was luxurious, with plush seating and ornate decorations. But Arwen barely noticed, her mind preoccupied with thoughts of the game Ye Shufen had proposed.

She glanced up at him, taking in his stern expression. He was watching her closely, his eyes never leaving her face. She looked away, her cheeks flushing slightly.

"What's wrong?" Ye Shufen asked, his tone sharp.

"Why are you so quiet?"

Arwen hesitated, unsure of how to respond. She couldn't tell him the truth, couldn't admit that his words had affected her more than she cared to admit.

"Mr. General can't you go and play with your other woman?" Arwen asked.

Ye Shufen's expression darkened at Arwen's words, his jaw clenched tightly. He leaned forward, his eyes flashing with anger.

"What did you say?" he growled, his voice low and dangerous.

"You think I want to play with someone else?"

Arwen shrank back in her seat, suddenly regretting her words. She hadn't meant to anger him, hadn't meant to imply that he would betray her.

"No, I... I didn't mean..." she stammered, her voice trembling.

Ye Shufen slammed his fist on the table, making her jump. The waiter, who had just entered with their drinks, froze in his tracks.

"You are mine," Ye Shufen said, his voice shaking with rage.

"Only mine. Do you understand?"

Arwen nodded, tears welling up in her eyes.

"Stop snapping!" Arwen snapped back and slammed her palm on the table.

"If I wanted the other woman they would be here," Ye Shufen said he took a sip of his red wine and he stared at Arwen who was looking at the window which showed the stars.
