"How lucky does one guy have to be? I can't even imagine the number of people who voted on that poll." Eri asked.
"I will be the first to send you my congratulations when you and Prime announce your wedding, Kasumi," Rowena said with her signature smile, making everyone except Kasumi laugh.
"Shut it, Rowena," Kasumi replied with a pout of displeasure.
"Hehe, although I find this amusing, perhaps we should change the subject for poor Kasumi's sake," Lorelie said after a quick giggle.
"You're right, you're right, Diva Lorelie. Prime congratulations on winning the signed Kasumi t-shirt.."
"That's not moving on, Malgath," Kasumi said as she looked at Malgath with narrowed eyes, making the audience laugh again.
"There are processes to these things, Kasumi, you know that," Malgath said defensively.
"Oh, please, Prime is a well-known streamer, and he knows how these things work. The more you mention him, the more exposure he's getting, so let's just move on already," Kasumi said as she folded her arms under her large breasts, making her cleavage appear even more prominent.
"I had no idea you disliked Prime so much, Kasumi?" Rowena asked with interest.
"I just don't like his style, that's all," Kasumi replied simply, causing Rowena to raise an eyebrow in curiosity.
"Cough, well, moving on," Malgath said to change the subject before he said, "I think it's time we focused back on the stream."
"Spector, have the micro-fighters return and give me an update on the lead ship," Adam said after the final two ships were destroyed.
"Affirmative, Spector Unit 4: Micro-fighters returning to mother ship," Spector replied as the stream saw the micro-fighters turn and fly back towards Spector as she reported the lead ship's status.
"The enemy's lead ship is still disabled. While its neutron reactor is still operational since it is shielded from EMP attacks, the distortion repeaters' attack was successful in temporarily disabling the power conduits and, as such, stopped power being transferred from the neutron reactor to the ship's systems."
"Life signs?" Adam asked.
"I am detecting several hundred life signs on board." Spector replied before suddenly saying, "We are being hailed."
"Spector, this is the Merinmian Defence Force ship Sebastian. We detected weapons fire and came to assist as soon as possible. It's good to see that you're unharmed." A male Merinmian said as he appeared on Spector's viewscreen.
"Thank you for the support and concern, Sebastian," Adam replied.
"Our sensors show that you have managed to disable one of the large-class ships. Would you like us to take the crew into custody?"
"Eventually, yes, however, I plan to board the ship and investigate why they decided to attack us."
"Understood, we have been ordered by the royal family to assist you in any way possible. Would you like some personnel to accompany you?"
"Not initially, no, however if you can put them on standby just in case and also to apprehend them once my investigation is complete, that would be hopeful."
"Understood," the male Merinmian said before ending communication.
"Do you want me to tag along?" Stacey asked as Adam stood up from his seat.
"Nah, you stay here just in case even more ships turn up," Adam replied as he headed for the cockpit's exit before adding with a smirk, "Also, I don't think taking a missile launcher onto a ship is a good idea."
"Jerk," Stacey called back playfully.
Adam proceeded towards the armoury where he equipped his anti-gravity armour while also grabbing the Night Stalker plasma scattergun, which he slung over his back and several small circular objects which he attached to his utility belt.
"Spector, bring us alongside the disabled ship," Adam said as he walked towards the airlock.
"Affirmative."
"Does he plan to board the disabled large-class ship alone? Is this wise? We're talking about a large class ship after all." Kasumi asked in surprise.
"I am of the same thinking. Does he really believe he can take on possibly hundreds of individuals alone?" Malgath replied.
"I'm sure he had a plan; he isn't the type to go headlong into something he knows is a trap," Lorelie said.
"That's true, and even if he does, I'm not sure those on that ship stand much of a chance, just look at one he did at the Bounty Hunters Guild on Terana Five," Rowena added.
"I heard rumours about that. Didn't the Bounty Hunters Guild put a bounty out on him because he killed so many of their members in the guild hall before destroying the entire building?" Eri asked.
"That does indeed seem to be the case since Queen Marilla told me that Oceana Seven's Bounty Hunter Guild received the notice; however, they refused to accept it," Lorelie explained.
"I guess they refused to accept it since they know he is your boyfriend," Malgath said.
"Not quite, we were not together at that time; however, he was my bodyguard, which is why."
"Why is he entering the airlock when the ship is not docked?" Tephe suddenly asked, causing everyone to focus back on the stream.
[Gunlovergirl (Earth): Oh yeah, are we going to get to see the plasma scattergun in action again?]
As Adam reached the airlock, he opened the inner door that had a green light above it before entering and closing it behind him. He then pressed the button inside the airlock to depressurise it, which turned the green light red as he suddenly heard the air being sucked out, and he started to float off the ground as the gravity was deactivated.
As the last of the air left the outer doors, the red light turned green, and after Adam pressed the button next to it, the outer door opened onto open space with the disabled ship visible a few dozen meters away.
Adam pushed off from inside the airlock and allowed the momentum to carry him out of the airlock and into space before he activated his anti-gravity drive, causing his wings to appear.
"Oh my, what's this?" Kasumi asked with interest as she saw the wings form on Adam's anti-gravity armour.
"Wings? Why did his armour just grow wings?" Malgath asked in surprise.
[CEOHopkins (Earth): Wow, he's doing an EVA and those wings are impressive.]
[Phoenixempress (Fenix Nest): Why are its wings ones that look like those of a dragon and not those that look like those of a phoenix?]
"That's his anti-gravity armour, it somehow has the ability to change its form, it grows wings when he uses the anti-gravity drive and a tail when he enters combat," Rowena explained.
"A tail?" Kasumi asked with interest.
"Yes, it's quite the dangerous instrument. I would say it looks closer to how the tail of a Scorpo is over than a Dragon's or Nogitsunes."
"You mean he uses it to pierce his opponents?" Malgath asked with interest.
"That's correct, it killed several bounty hunters back on Terrana Five."

Adam flew across the void between Spector and the disabled ship until he reached it and landed on its hull. After landing his boots magnetised, allowing him to walk along the hull as he looked for something.
[StealthAssassin9 (Earth): He looks like he's looking for something. Any idea what it could be?]
[Justiceistruth (Earth): No idea.]
[Handsome3horns (Vinox 2): The airlock?]

Soon, Adam spotted what he was looking for and bent down beside a small console that was offline on the hull of the ship before holding his hand out over it.
His uniband morphed slightly as it grew a connector that Adam plugged into a socket next to the console.
[[Transfering power to console.]]
The console suddenly lit up as it received power.
[[Hacking into ship.]]
[[Access granted.]]
[Phoenixempress (Fenix Nest): That quickly!]]
"That quickly?" Kasumi said in surprise.
[DeverinianLordMalacoss (Deverinian 9): That's about normal for him, you'll get used to it.]
"That was impressively fast. Large-class ships have advanced AI that helps to protect them from hacking attempts, since once a hacker controls your ship, they can do anything they want," Malgath added.
[StealthAssassin9 (Earth): Does that mean he can now fly the ship?]
