"We were here, just south of the continent of Eternal Light," the knight spoke, pointing just below a large land mass on a map.
Her fingers flowed across the ocean, reaching another land mass.
The southwestern region of the Golden Plains continent, tens of thousands of kilometers from where they were supposed to be.
"How did we end up here all of a sudden and without our escorts? The journey should have taken at least a few months." She raised her face to a short man, dressed in wide brown robes, with only his aged face visible.
That man was a Sixth Ring mage, the only one accompanying them.
"Hmm..." The wizard scratched his long beard. "I didn't sense any spatial fluctuations, either from spells or heretical techniques. Maybe it has something to do with that young man?"
The wizard inquired, but before he could even get an answer, he shook his head.
"No, impossible, not in that window of time. Could those damned pirates really have such a strange formation? No..."
