I felt that I need to divulge the Class table for the purpose of the story to make sense to the readers and be fair to them. (Read more on the footnote of Chapter 1)
Every time Matthew levels up I roll a 10 sided die, d10.
If It lands on a 1, 2, 3 or 4, he gets a tier 1 class. Then I roll a d8 to determine which class:
Caller - 1 Healer - 2 Mage - 3 Merchant - 4
Priest - 5 Scout - 6 Warrior - 7 Worker - 8
If the d10 lands on a 5, 6 or 7, he gets a tier 2 class. Then I roll 2d6 to determine which class:

Axman - 1/4 Bishop - 1/5 Blacksmith - 1/6

For his first class I rolled a 5, a 2 and a 4 landing on Doctor.
