Jaden Yuki watched the young girl as she rapidly regained her fighting spirit. He paused for a moment, then simply shook his head with a smile.
He had originally thought that under such intense pressure, Alexis's heart would have collapsed just as it did in the original story. He hadn't expected that she would become so steadfast and determined now.
Jaden felt a sense of relief deep within. Perhaps it was because of the changes he had made. Slowly but surely, the teammates around him who had once been unreliable were undergoing subtle, imperceptible transformations.
"This girl... her battle intent is incredibly fierce," Yubel couldn't help but marvel from the side. "For a human to possess such a powerful will to fight is truly no easy feat."

Jaden unclipped his Duel Disk and returned it to the pouch at his waist. Although Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit still possessed her own unique abilities, Jaden believed that the current Alexis was not someone this spirit could defeat easily.

"A A Ritual Spell?" Blair gasped, involuntarily taking a step back. "But you have no monsters on the field, and you only have two cards left in your hand, right?"
If one card was the Ritual Monster to be summoned, then even if the other was a monster card, its Level shouldn't be high enough to serve as the required tribute.
"Correct, I only have one Ritual Monster card in my hand." Alexis looked at the remaining cards.
The Warrior Returning Alive and Cyber Angel Dakini.

Alexis flipped the Ritual Monster card in her hand. "Come forth! Level 8! Cyber Angel Dakini!"
The Levels of Blade Skater and Cyber Gymnast transformed into eight stars, flying into the ritual fires behind Alexis. Following a fiery explosion, a sky-blue Cyber Angel wielding dual blades and a staff leaped onto Alexis's field.
"When Dakini is successfully Ritual Summoned, the opponent must choose one monster on their field and send it to the Graveyard!" Alexis said coldly. "You only have Judgment Dragon on your field, so please, send Judgment Dragon to the Graveyard!"
"D..Damn it!"
Watching the dragon bathed in holy light being slowly dragged toward the Graveyard, Ghost Ogre's heart tightened. She immediately manipulated Blair's body and screamed, "Even so, I'm taking your monster down with me! I activate my own effect from my hand!"
"Hm?" Alexis blinked. Her own effect?
Blair's body suddenly trembled violently. A white-haired girl emerged from within her, red eyes staring fixedly at Dakini.
"When a monster on the field activates its effect, or when a face-up Spell or Trap activates its effect, I can send myself from my hand or field to the Graveyard to destroy that card!"
"Activating an effect from the hand during the opponent's turn?!" Alexis was shocked.
A white phantom shot out from Ghost Ogre's side, piercing through Dakini's body in an instant. Simultaneously, the paper talismans in Ghost Ogre's hand flew toward the angel.
