Namjin Cafe
Jungkook's POV
Another wonderful morning. The cafe is occupied by happy families, children, lovers, and other people.
'I'm really happy that this place has grown beautifully. In the past, this is still not famous and only a few people went here but now, it's beautiful, lively and filled with happiness.'
"Mommy!" I heard two little voices call me.
"Taeyang, Taegguk. I told you not to run or you might fall, right?" "Hehehe, sorry mommy, but we're so excited because appa will come home today!" said by my cute little angel Taeyang, while hugging my leg.
"I know sweetie, I'm excited too". "Mommy, we're hungry" whined by my sweet and handsome son, Taegguk.
"Okay, okay. You both sit and wait for me at that table okay?" "Okay Mommy!".
I watched them walk until they reached the table, once I'm sure that they won't wander around, I went back to the kitchen.
'I know exactly what they want, hot chocolate milk, strawberry milk, pancakes, waffles and most of all the cake.'
I was about to cook the pancakes when someone tapped me to my shoulder.
"Oh, Jin-hyung. You should be on break right now, what are you doing here?"
"I already rested enough, ggukie. You should be the one resting, you're almost at your due" Jin-hyung said getting the bowl with the mix ingredients for pancakes from my hands.
"Jin-hyung, I'll be fine. We're fine, I'm having a healthy lifestyle as much as I can for my baby, and I still have about two months before due." I told him, rubbing my swollen tummy.
Yes, I'm already six almost seven months pregnant. So I'm almost at my due, but I don't wanna leave every work to Jin-hyung. I still wanna help before my due, we keep arguing who will rest but at the end it's always Jin-hyung who wins.
I just went to the back of the shop to get my phone, wallet and tissues in case my children make a mess in their clothes. I went back inside and grabbed the cakes they wanted, I also took my chocolate cake and apple juice.
After a while, Jin-hyung joined us at eating. You may wonder who's serving the customers if we're both eating, right?
Don't worry, our other friends and staff are the ones serving the customers. Momo, our waitress, Yugy-hyung, our other waiter and Sana, our cashier. We also have other staff but they're on their day off so it's just us five today.
I heard the bell in the door, I thought it was just another customer so I shrugged it off.
However, I suddenly felt two arms wrapped around my neck hugging me from behind.
I was about to ask who it was, but the person said, "Hey baby, miss me?"
Just by the voice, I already knew who it was, so I stood up and hugged my husband who just came back from his business tour.
"Appa!" our children immediately hugged him in the legs which looked really cute.
"Hey buddy, I missed you. Have you been a good boy to your mommy?" He asks, carrying both Taegguk and Taeyang in his arms.
"We've been really good, appa"
"Really? That's wonderful to hear. Now, since both of you have been really good children then here's your gifts."
"Gifts!" Taegguk and Taeyang cheered getting their bags of gifts and running off to the back of the shop with Jin-hyung.
"How have you been, baby?" My husband asked after sitting in a chair and kissing my tummy.
"We've been doing well, hubby. Jin-hyung never allowed me to be tired, we sometimes argue about those." I told him, chuckling a little and fixing his hair.
"Is that so? You shouldn't argue with him because you know you can't win."
"I know that" I said pouting a little. "Hahaha, you're having mood swings again." he chuckled pulling me carefully to sit me in his lap.
"You shouldn't pissed your husband, Hobi, or you'll get in trouble."
I looked in the direction where the voice came from and I saw Jin-hyung walking towards us carrying an apple juice for me.
"Hahaha, I know I'll get in trouble but he looks so cute when he is angry so I want to mess with him" Hobi said pinching my cheeks.
"Don't touch my face!" I lightly slap his hand away, get off his lap and drink my juice and aggressively eat my chocolate cake on the other side of the table.
"Aww, you know baby, if you keep eating pastries, you might just float away, and our baby might come out with a sweet tooth."
'You like teasing me that much?' I thought to myself while huffing and looking away from him.
"I want a baby with a sweet tooth, because that means I'll have more dessert dates. With the baby, not you. And if I float away, I'll take you with me!" I retorted to him since he wants to be playful.
However, I suddenly thought of something, I wonder if I should ask it...
"Do you still love me even if I'm a little rounder? Aside from the usual meals, I keep eating sweets after all."
I think my voice is barely above a whisper and I can feel the tears threatening to spill.
'Ughhh, I hate these mood swings, I know he's just teasing me.'
"Ohh baby, I love you more than ever, you're carrying our little one and that's beautiful. You're beautiful, no matter what, in fact, you're even more glowing while pregnant."
I leaned on his hand, which reached out to cup my face gently. I smiled as I felt his warmth and love in his words and actions.
"Thank you, hubby. I love you too, even more than before." I told him and kissed his palm gently.
"Oh my god! Don't flirt in front of me!!! Get a room you two!"
Jin-hyung told us while having a teasing scowl on his face, we just laughed at him and hobi sat beside me, his left hand on my back while the other was caressing my belly.
'I really love this man, both his words and actions that show me how much he loves me, just make my heart beat faster every time.'
'Back then, I used to love words more than actions, but because of a certain someone... I've come to hate it. That someone who I used to love even though he broke many of his promises, that someone who promised me that he'll always love me and he'll raise our future children with me.'
I've already forgotten about him, although it took a long time. But, because of my beloved husband loving me, caring for me, and being there for me in my dark past, I've learned to forget about him. I'm so grateful to this wonderful man, Jung Hoseok, who waits, protects, comforts, and loves me with all of him, and I'm really excited about the birth of another miracle that I'm carrying.
'I hope everything will stay like this everyday, without any trouble or pain, only happiness and love.'
However, little did I know that this happy life of ours, will be disturbed really soon by a certain something or.... Someone.
