"What is it?" Ace asked, frowning slightly at Alice. It seemed the League was moving even faster than he had anticipated.
"This is the deed for the property transfer of this villa. Once you sign your name, this estate, including the mountain it's on, will be under your ownership," Alice said, pulling a document from her briefcase and handing it to Ace. "After we inventoried Rossetti's existing assets, minus the one-third seized by the League, your total liquid assets from this transfer will be 23 million League Dollars."
She then pulled out another document and handed it to Ace.
Ace took it, glanced at it, and immediately signed his name.
The one-third seized by the League was necessary—or, rather, it was a service fee for helping Ace handle the aftermath. Without the League's intervention, the subsequent issues would have been extremely troublesome and a headache for him to deal with on his own.
"Thank you for your cooperation. We have thoroughly cleaned the villa for you, and some items have been placed on the table in the main hall. We hope you enjoy your stay," Alice said, bowing to Ace. She took back one of the documents and handed him a bank card.
After Ace put the card away, Alice bid him farewell and quickly left the villa, leaving the entire grand estate to Ace.
"The League's compensation isn't bad," Ace muttered, putting the two documents into his pocket. He then walked into the villa with his Crobat.
Inside the building, Ace was immediately struck by a sense of sheer "expensiveness." The architectural style was rustic, but all the furnishings, decorations, and various items within were rare finds.
Ace didn't care about any of that. He quickly made his way to the main hall, where several items were laid out on a long table.
He walked over and saw that most of the items were gold and jewels. If he sold them all, they would fetch a sky-high price—enough to ensure a regular family would never have to worry about food or clothes for a lifetime.
But that wasn't what Ace was interested in. His attention was on the four Poké Balls and one Pokémon Egg on the table. It was clear that these were the treasured possessions of an aristocratic family and were undoubtedly extremely valuable Pokémon.
Ace picked up a Poké Ball, and the Pokémon's information quickly appeared before him.

"Could it be…" Ace was stunned for a moment, then immediately picked up the other three Poké Balls.
As he suspected, the remaining three Poké Balls each contained a Shiny Beldum, and all of them had the Unified Mind ability.
"Nice, I'll take them," Ace said with a satisfied nod. Beldum needed to fuse with three others to evolve into a Metagross, and here were exactly four, no more, no less.
After putting the four Poké Balls in his pocket, Ace picked up the Pokémon Egg.

Without a second thought, Ace tucked it into his pocket. With the four Beldum as a precedent, he was certain that this Ralts egg would be of high quality.
As he put away the five Pokémon, Ace couldn't help but feel that the League's "sincerity" this time was quite generous. After all, they hadn't reclaimed the four Shiny Beldum and had given them to Ace instead. Such a gift would be coveted not just by Ace but by any top-tier trainer.
Especially Steven Stone. As a specialist in Steel-types, if he knew about these four Shiny Beldum, he would probably pay any price to get them.
As Ace was thinking this, he suddenly had a flash of inspiration. His mouth twitched, and he whispered, "These four Beldum… could they be Steven's future Shiny Metagross?!"
He remembered that when Steven had chased him at the Devon Corporation, the Metagross he used wasn't a Shiny one, but a regular one. The sudden appearance of four Shiny Beldum made it easy to guess that these might become Steven's future Metagross.
But now that they were in Ace's hands, he was certainly not going to let them go. Given his status as a successor, he was naturally at odds with the Devon Corporation, and funding the enemy was something that would never happen!
After stuffing all the gold and jewels into his pocket, Ace noticed a small, unique wooden box among the pile. He picked up the last remaining item, examined it, and opened it. Inside, resting on a piece of velvet, was a lumpy piece of metal.
"What is this?" Ace took it out and squeezed it. It was extremely hard; it couldn't be broken by an ordinary object.
"Caesar Metal: Possesses the ability to reflect attacks."
The system gave him a hint. As soon as Ace saw the description, he immediately thought of a sword—the one named "Flash," the tool Archie would use to barely survive after defeating Maxie in the future.
However, compared to the weight of that sword, the small piece of Caesar Metal in his hand was rather insignificant.
"If I can get that sword, I could melt it down and add it to Genesect. Genesect, with reflective parts, would become even more powerful," Ace said with a smile. Genesect was his creation. Based on the items he had, Ace felt there was a lot of room for future modifications.
He wondered if the Genesect, far away in the Kanto region, would cry if it knew Ace's plans. After all, Ace's "modifications" were not something an ordinary Pokémon could endure, as was clear from the few Pokémon that had already undergone them.
From Ace's thoughts, it wasn't hard to tell that Genesect would be a frequent guest in his lab in the future.
Games were games, and reality was reality. In the games, there were no such things as Morey Seaweed or Caesar Metal, but in this reality, these things existed and could be very effective.
"The world is still vast, and there are many people and things I haven't seen," Ace said, putting away the metal piece. "It would be nice to go out and travel if I ever have the time."
As for when he would have the time? Ace felt that it would only be truly safe when he was invincible in this world!
