They debated the substitution at minute thirty. They broke down Morata's offside call. They questioned whether this country can survive another ten months without a video assistant referee. They showed a manager getting ejected up the Wembley tunnel in front of a record crowd, twice, from two different camera angles.
Then Gary Neville pulled up Joel Ward's goal and drew aggressive digital lines across the screen.
