Chapter 9 - Lust Thread Map

Aiden sat slouched, arms crossed, his right eye half-glowing under his bangs like a faulty magical headlamp.

His collar clung to his neck, damp with sweat, his expression a mix of unamused virgin and reluctant arousal, his cock still traitorously stiff from the Eye's earlier flare.

He glared at the floor, willing the heat in his groin to subside.

Selene ignored it all.

She unfurled a long, pale scroll—soft as silk, inked with organic symbols that shimmered in red and violet, like veins pulsing with forbidden intent.

It looked like a twisted hybrid of calligraphy and bodily fluids, glistening faintly under the room's rose-amber orbs.

"This is a Lust Thread Map," she said, spreading it across the low table between them.

"It reacts to any strong emotional or sexual imprint within a space or object."

Aiden's lip curled. "You're giving me a cum-sniffing scroll?"

"I'm giving you a forensic tool." Her violet eyes glinted, unfazed.

"That sniffs cum."

"And other things." Her smirk was sharp, teasing. "Sweat. Breath. Fluids. Spiritual climax resonance."

"You cannot say that like it's normal," he muttered, shifting uncomfortably in the succubus-soft chair, the velvet brushing his thighs like a lover's touch.

"Then you'll have to adjust your definition of normal."

Selene tapped the scroll.

A pulsing point of light bloomed in its center, spinning threads outward like an orgasmic spiderweb, each strand quivering with raw energy.

Aiden's breath hitched, his cock twitching in response.

"That's the imprint from the mirror," Selene said.

"Irie's climax created an echo. Your Eye didn't catch all of it the first time."

Aiden stared, his throat tight. "You want me to look again?"

"With the Eye. And with intent."

He hesitated, his chest still tingling from the contract's binding, his head aching faintly from the Eye's earlier overload.

The memory of Irie's moans and the shadow's fingers lingered, making his skin prickle.

"What if it… happens again?" he asked, voice low, dreading the answer.

"Then we'll know your limit." Her smile was cruel, her lips glossy and inviting. "Isn't that exciting?"

"You're terrifying."

"I'm honest."

She activated the Virgin Mirror again with a flick of her wrist.

The surface shimmered, rippling like liquid lust, and Irie reappeared.

Kneeling, blouse torn open, her breasts heaving as she rocked forward, face slack with pleasure, fingers buried between her slick thighs, moving against an unseen pressure.

Her moans echoed softly, each one tugging at Aiden's core.

"She's not faking," he murmured, his Purity Eye pulsing, heat flooding his vision.

"No. That's her own desire. But something's… amplifying it," Selene said, her voice low, watching him closely.

Aiden leaned in, fighting the urge to look away.

This time, the Eye didn't just show glow.

It showed threads.

Dozens of them, thin and writhing, running from the mirror into Irie's trembling body—but also out.

Out into the room. Into the hallway. Into the rafters.

His breath caught. For a split second, behind Irie's reflected shoulder, he saw it again.

The shadow.

Not human.

Not shaped like anything that should exist in a girl's fantasy.

It had too many fingers, long and spindly, pressing against the glass from the inside, their tips glistening as if wet.

"There's something in the mirror," Aiden said softly, his voice steady despite the pulse in his groin.

Selene's gaze snapped to him, sharp as a blade. "Describe it."

"I can't. It's… not fully there. But it's watching. Every time she climaxes… it gets closer."

Selene stood, her skirt shifting to reveal a flash of sigil-marked thigh, the runes glowing brighter as if sensing the threat. "Then we don't have time."

"For what?"

"For hesitation."

She tossed him a charm—a thin silver pendant shaped like a rune-wrapped mouth, its curves suggestive and warm to the touch.

It dangled in the air, catching the light like a promise.

"Put that on," she said. "It filters climax echoes."

Aiden caught it, his fingers brushing the smooth, pulsing metal. "I hate how normal that sentence felt."

Selene's lips curved into a foxlike smile.

"You're learning."
