Chapter 5 - Chapter 5: Rocks is Coming!

Facing a hail of bullets, Riven and his group successfully rushed into the city. During the process, Kuma was injured due to his large size, but it did not greatly affect his movements.

After entering the city, the four of them did not dare to waste a moment and searched everywhere for the Devil Fruit. Kuma was about to enter a gorgeous house when suddenly, a man in a black suit and sunglasses appeared in front of him and kicked him in the stomach.

The bear looked much more muscular than the skinny man in a suit, but after being hit, he flew backwards like a big ball and collapsed the wall behind him.

Hearing the noise, Riven and the others rushed over. Seeing Kuma lying in the ruins and trembling, Ginny burst into tears and kept calling out to Kuma. Ivankov was also anxiously calling his name.

Riven had already rushed to Kuma. Fortunately, Kuma was not unconscious. When he saw Riven, he coughed violently several times and struggled to stand up.

The attack from the man in the suit was obviously very powerful. Kuma endured the severe pain in his abdomen and said weakly,

"This guy is very strong, Brother Riven. You quickly take Ginny and the others and run away. I'll hold him back!"

Riven's face was solemn. He knew this time they were truly in trouble.

The man in the suit didn't expect Kuma to still be able to stand and speak. He raised his eyebrows and said,

"You must be the little brat from the Bakhaniya tribe. You have pretty good physical fitness."

As he said this, he put his hands in his pockets and walked towards Riven and the others step by step, saying,

"What have you four been looking for since you entered the city instead of running away? This is really suspicious."

Ivankov rushed to Riven and Kuma, opened his arms, and shouted,

"Don't even think about hurting them!"

The man in the suit didn't take Ivankov seriously at all. He slowly raised one hand. Ivankov subconsciously closed his eyes. Riven suddenly said,

"You are not qualified to attack us, right? The only ones qualified to kill us now are the Celestial Dragons. Do you want to break the rules of the game?!"

The suit man's hand hovered in the air. Although he was unhappy about being yelled at by slaves, what Riven said really hit the point.

He really had no right to attack Riven and the others, as they were his masters' precious assets.

But these four little ghosts were really suspicious. Just now, they almost let the little ghost from the Bakhaniya tribe enter the house behind him. This house is forbidden!

If anything inside was lost, his life would be in danger.

After thinking for a moment, he spat on the ground and said impatiently,

"Forget it, you are just four little ghosts. You won't live much longer anyway, so get out of here and don't hang around!"

Hearing this, Riven didn't hesitate for a second. He and Ivankov and Ginny helped Kuma up and walked away to the other side without looking back.

On the way, Ivankov lowered his head and whispered to Riven,

"Riven, that house…"

Riven knew what Ivankov meant, and he said firmly,

"There must be a Devil Fruit in that house!"

Saying this, Riven tried hard to suppress his excitement, afraid of having a seizure.

The suit-man's behavior clearly tried to cover up something fishy. Even a fool would know that something important was inside that house. What else could it be besides a Devil Fruit?

Ginny didn't show much excitement. She frowned and said,

"But how can we get in if that person is here? And Kuma is so badly injured this time…"

Kuma wanted to say something but couldn't stop coughing as soon as he opened his mouth. Ivankov supported Kuma and said with an unpleasant expression,

"That bastard! He beat Kuma like this!"

Hearing Kuma's cough, Riven felt uncomfortable. He clenched his fists and said coldly,

"I will make that guy pay the price. I promise."

"Boom! Boom! Boom!"

Just as he finished speaking, a series of explosions were heard, and thick smoke began to fill the sky over the town.

Then, a loud roar resounded through the sky.

"Celestial bastards! Are you ready for my wrath?!"

Riven was not surprised but happy. There was only one person here who dared to curse the Celestial Dragons like this, and that was Rocks!

In the palace in the center of the town, Saint Satan, one of the Five Elder Stars, suddenly changed his expression and disappeared in the next second, arriving outside the palace.

Feeling the approaching terrifying auras, Saint Satan took out a Den Den Mushi and said in a deep voice,

"Garlin Saint, lead the Knights of God back to defend the Royal City immediately. The Rocks Pirates have arrived!"

Den Den Mushi responded quickly.

"Got it. Leave it to us."

Shortly after the Rocks Pirates arrived at the Valley of the Gods, several naval warships followed. Navy Marshal Sora was the first to rush off the warship and chased after the Rocks Pirates with Garp and other naval officers.

However, the navy was still a step too slow, and the Rocks Pirates had already appeared in the town where Riven was.

Rocks and others landed on a street. Rocks, the leader, looked up at the royal city in the center, and Saint Satan also looked there.

The two men's eyes met, and Rocks, without any nonsense, punched directly at Saint Satan through the air.

A wave of red and black energy mixed with arcs of electricity burst out from his fist, and wherever it passed—whether person or object—it was blasted into pieces.

Saint Satan's face looked a little ugly. His strength was certainly not weak, but it was still a long way behind Rocks.

Faced with Rocks's fierce punch, he wanted to dodge, but there were still many weak Celestial Dragons in the palace. If he hid, he would be in danger of death.

"Tear!"

The clothes on Saint Satan's lower body were suddenly torn apart, and eight pitch-black spider legs stretched out. A pair of black horns grew on his head, and his whole body swelled up.

He raised the crutch in his hand and faced Rocks's attack head-on. The moment they made contact, the ground where he stood collapsed, and he was gradually retreating. When he was about to be overwhelmed, Saint Garin, the leader of the Knights of God, finally arrived and helped Saint Satan smash the attack with one sword.

Seeing that his attack was blocked, Rocks just smiled contemptuously. He had plenty of time to deal with these Celestial Dragons today.

In an alley not far behind him, Riven and the four others witnessed everything that had just happened. The attack of the maximum-level boss was so terrifying.

Kuma and Ginny were so shocked by Rocks's strength that they were speechless. Ivankov's voice was trembling.

"So, is that the legendary Captain Rocks? He can cause so much damage with just one punch. He is simply a monster!"

It was also the first time that Riven actually saw the top warriors in the pirate world take action. This shock was far beyond what he could experience from reading comics.

But he did not feel a trace of fear. Instead, the blood in his body began to boil unconsciously. This abnormal feeling confused him. He had been deliberately controlling his emotions, but why did it seem like he was sick again!?
