Chapter 110 - Chapter 110: Shall We Conquer the World Together?

Seeing John's sub-personality just smile and not respond, Orochimaru's sub-personality assumed he had given up. After a cold snort, he decided to ignore him.

Watching the palace drama unfold between the sub-personalities, Raymond didn't intervene or try to mediate.

This was a situation he had anticipated.

As the number of sub-personalities increased, conflicts were inevitable. Just like with Akainu and Tao Pai Pai's sub-personalities, they didn't get along with each other.

However, their relationship wasn't one of deep enmity—it was more of a competitive rivalry.

In simple terms, it was just a battle for dominance.

But as the number of sub-personalities grew, their conflicts could become more complicated.

Take Itachi's sub-personality and Orochimaru's sub-personality, for example. They originally came from the same world, knew each other, and were naturally enemies.

Even if, as Orochimaru's sub-personality claimed, they were all "on the same side" now.

From the moment they were created by the system, a cognitive imprint was forced into their minds, ensuring they would never want to harm Raymond.

But Raymond didn't see this as foolproof.

Just like with Asimov's "Three Laws of Robotics," which theoretically prevented robots from harming humans, many novelists and filmmakers have found loopholes in these laws, creating stories where robots end up killing humans.

His sub-personalities were similar to robots bound by these laws—they were imprinted not to harm him, but that didn't mean they wouldn't act in their own self-interest.

For instance, when facing the Shadow King, John's sub-personality only agreed to help after negotiating the terms.

If John hadn't agreed, even if he did act, he might have done so half-heartedly or with minimal effort.

After all, as long as John wasn't in a life-or-death situation, there was no reason for him to act—being imprinted not to harm Raymond didn't mean he would automatically go all out to help him. These were two different things.

This logic applied to the other sub-personalities as well.

If Raymond mistreated these sub-personalities, it could cause problems for him.

Now, the real question was:

Since their only restriction was not letting him die or intentionally harming him, what would happen if conflicts arose between the sub-personalities? Would they try to outdo each other or even sabotage one another?

The imprint in their minds didn't stop them from developing harmful thoughts towards each other.

And if they sought their own interests, might they resort to tactics that wouldn't harm Raymond directly but would still achieve their goals in ways he wouldn't want?

It was definitely a possibility.

Raymond had actually been thinking about these things for a long time.

He knew that truly commanding and fully controlling these sub-personalities was not an easy task—it required a certain level of finesse.

Therefore, he didn't mind seeing conflicts arise between the sub-personalities because, to him, there was no real loss. In fact, he could use these conflicts to his advantage.

As the main personality, Raymond had a few advantages: absolute control over switching between personalities and immunity to harm.

But there was another advantage that the sub-personalities didn't know about, and that was Raymond's deep understanding of them.

Unless the sub-personalities came from the same world and knew each other, there was no way they could understand each other as well as Raymond did.

This was why Itachi's sub-personality had warned Raymond not to trust Orochimaru's sub-personality.

If Itachi knew that Raymond was fully aware of Orochimaru's nature, he wouldn't have bothered to give the warning.

On this point, Raymond actually agreed with Itachi's advice.

Orochimaru's sub-personality was definitely not someone to be trusted, even if he was one of his own sub-personalities!

However, Raymond didn't show this outwardly and simply smiled, reassuring the sub-personalities without taking sides.

Compared to the palace drama between Itachi and Orochimaru, Megatron's sub-personality made a much simpler and more direct entrance, embodying its style with one sentence:

"Human, are you interested in conquering the world with me?"

The "human" it referred to was, of course, Raymond.

Although Raymond was the main personality, Megatron's sub-personality didn't flatter him like Kuro's sub-personality did, nor did it immediately accept Raymond as the leader.

Its first thought was to collaborate with Raymond to conquer the world.

Of course, in the world of Transformers, with the sub-personalities Raymond had, conquering Earth wouldn't be too difficult.

But this was Marvel… Not even Megatron could do much here. Even if the Decepticons and the Autobots teamed up, it would barely compare to the second Chitauri army.

Even without powerful beings like the Ancient One stepping in, the current power players in this world would still be enough to stop them.

Raymond was not going to be easily persuaded by him.

Even the earlier sub-personalities looked at Megatron like he was an idiot, thinking he was out of his mind.

"Humph, a bunch of cowards!" Megatron's sub-personality sneered, not bothering to argue with them when Raymond didn't respond, and the others looked at him strangely.

"A Robot?" Deadshot's sub-personality asked, curiously eyeing Megatron.

When Raymond allowed them to share their senses and communicate, it was like they were in a virtual conference room, able to see each other's original forms.

This made Megatron's sub-personality the most unique and eye-catching among the sub-personalities.

"I see ignorance in your eyes... Stop with your childish thoughts. I'm not a lowly creation made by your kind!" Megatron's sub-personality was clearly annoyed by being looked at that way.

Aside from the exorcist sub-personality who didn't understand what a robot was, the others were all staring at him with the same curious gaze, as though they were looking at an animal in a zoo.

"Alright, introduce yourselves. I won't do it for you…" Raymond interrupted them.

As they got to know each other, Raymond, however, was thinking about another issue.

An idea he had quietly considered before but never tested because the conditions weren't right.

Now, with the activation of Itachi's and Orochimaru's sub-personalities, he finally had the chance to test it.
