'My stats are quite high now, good to know. I'm sure I'll be able to defeat this boss but I'm still quite excited to see what it can do.' I thought as I pushed open the large door, revealing a large man sitting on a throne, a massive wolf-like creature lying behind it as the others were on guard, not that I blame them.
As we all enter the room the man stands from his throne, the golden armor on him carved with strange symbols as he grabs the spear beside him. The wolf creature behind the throne also stands ready to pounce and the man jumps onto its back as it walks forward.
'Wow, looking tough haha. Let's see what you can do...' I thought as I made a finger gun towards the boss, firing a slash that it blocked with ease using the spear it held.
"You lot stay back, I'm going to take care of this guy by myself, and I don't need weaklings in my way," I said, getting into a combat stance as I lowered myself for a jump.
I was gonna go straight for the head!
Boom!
In a violent burst of speed, I appear in front of the armored man, who seemed to track me easily enough despite my speed, as the spear makes contact with my foot, sending a shockwave throughout the room. Making a few of the other hunters stumble.
Suddenly, my perception flares, and I kick off of his spear as it burst with flames. As I'm mid-air the wolf beast the boss was riding flings the boss into the air, before firing ice shards from its mouth at me.
'DISMANTLE'
Shing!
All the shards are cut into frozen dust, but before I can land, the Boss throws the spear, forcing me to catch it as the force behind it sends me into the ground with a bang.
"Impressive"
I take the spear, throwing it at the Wolf as I raise an arm, clashing with the boss as its fist glows with flames again. I reach for its face to use cleave, but with a sudden burst of speed it kicks me in the chest into the dungeon wall.
Bang!
"Okay I have to admit, I didn't see that coming..." I said, dusting myself off as the boss picked up it's spear the wolf standing between us.
I take off towards them again as the wolf howls multiple shard of ice shooting out of the ground beneath me. Then suddenly, a much larger crystal formed in front of me, aiming to impale me. But a burst of Dismantles destroys that plan, as I kick the wolf, knocking it's head backwards, only for it to take advantage and slap me away using its tail.
Fwoosh
The armored guy appears behind me, aiming his spear lazily, as a spiral of flames is unleashed towards me. As I aim another finger gun at him, a large Dismantle is fired, cutting the flames and cracking that armor of his in the chest plate.
WHOOOOMPH!
The wolf exhaled as a wave of frost began to coat my skin as it blew over me.
'Shit, am I'm gonna lose to the power of jumping right now?' I thought for a second before grinning.
"Nah!" I say as I use 50mp for one thing.
'DISMANTLE BARRAGE!'
SHING!
25 massive Dismantles fires in every direction, using 2 mana for each made them much stronger than before, and as many large gashes appeared on the wolf, it stopped it's annoying attack howling in pain.
"Now's my chance..."
I burn another 200 mana, no just to make sure I make it 600 mana and aim at the Wolf as it senses the overwhelming danger radiating from me.
Raaaaahhh!
The boss yells trying to reach the Wolf as a Dismantle tall as the room is released, bisecting the huge wolf, as well as everything behind it, the slash 5 meters wide carving through the room.
SHIINNNGG-THUNK!
The two halves fell lifeless to the ground as the armored man halted in his tracks. He stood there for a moment as I myself marveled at the damage I caused.
'Wow, either [Cleave X Dismantle] is really op, or the power ceiling for this world is gonna be super high, possibly higher than normal actually.' I thought to myself as I check my Mana.

'Yeah the power ceiling has to be absurd...'
That's when I felt it, the temperature of the boss room rapidly began to rise as even the bosses armor began to melt off it's body, leaving only the helmet as it's dark skin rippled with power it's muscles growing sharper, more refined than before.
Then before I can blink a flaming fist slammed into my face.
Boom!
I ricochet off the wall as the boss appeared beside me once again grabbing my face and running along the wall rising higher and higher in seconds as my face carved a trench in the wall.
'Is it the destiny of Sukuna to taste a wall at least once in their lives?' I thought remember Sukuna's battle with Gojo before I raise my leg kicking the wall before blasting away the boss with a torrent of Dismantles.
"Dodge this idiot!" I shout at the boss who smashed into the ground already standing as using 5 mana per shot I fire big Dismantles which he weaves through shooting a ray of flames at me that melt the place I once stood as I was already dodging.
CLEAVE
I cut a large chunk of wall throwing it but he melted it into magma before holding out his hand and grasping his spear. Then I get a glimpse at why he was so much faster, there wasn't just fire he was controlling but wind, as a burst of wind launched him at me forcing me to suck a slash from the spear that carved a trench in the wall.
Bang!
I kick the boss in the chest, but he caught my foot and throws me followed by a flaming spear that hits my leg piercing it as I mutter curses.
'So he can control the spear without grabbing it... This is a bullshit C-Rank Dungeon, and those idiots staring up in awe wouldn't have stood a chance in here'
Crack!
Bang!
Another flaming fist sent me into the opposite wall as I felt my skull was fractured blood pooling down my head.
This definitely isn't a normal C-Rank is it? This must have something to do with the system, likely making this harder than it's supposed to be...
"This won't stop me..." I say standing as I tear the spear from my leg.
You know, despite the pain I was in, and the ass kicking I'll admit I was getting, I can tell... I was absolutely grinning like a psychopath.
I rush forward again and again the boss seeming to be one step ahead of me no matter the moves I made, and despite coming up with new tactics it didn't matter now. My injury was making it so I was always just slow enough for his attacks to land and he even managed to stab my other leg in the process of me dodging one of his punches.
Laying on my back the boss landed calling his spear to him as he began walking in my direction. When he stopped in front of me I could see it, pity in his eyes as if I failed to meet his expectations or something and....
'IT PISSES ME OFF!'
I grit my teeth as he raised the spear and stabbed me through the heart twisting the spear before yanking it out and turning towards the other hunters.
'No this isn't how it'll end. I refuse to die in such a pathetic manner!' I screamed in my mind, but there was only one way out of my situation so I closed my eyes.
Then... I felt it, something deep within me begging to be released just beneath my flesh, no from within my soul!
AND I AWAKENED!
