By late afternoon, people were out in the streets chanting for the government's resignation. A sea of protesters was moving toward the magnificent palace the regime had built for itself. There was not a single spot left empty in the square. The parliament building had been set on fire, and the skyscrapers of major corporations were overtaken by furious citizens who had been wronged.
