The loud sound of her arrow ignited the whole forest and it got stuck on the trunk.
The swoosh sound it made leaves a shiver in my heart.
She learns fast and when she turns to look at me, I knew she wanted a compliment and I raised a thumb up for her.
I don't compliment people but suddenly, I wanted to do just that with her, not after that night she made me realize that I'd be perfect for her, with or without the mask.
She might have been drunk but then that's the words I want to believe, to hold on to.
Her lips curve upward in excitement as she waves her hands to me and then swallows.
Her excitement almost led her stepping on the very mark I sneered at her , but fortunately, I grabbed her before she'd do the worst.
"So clumsy" I scolded as she bites her lips and then swallows. I could see the column of her throat.
Her eyes spark with uncertainty as she smiles.
"Am I just here to look?" I asked letting out a coy smile and he scoffed at me.
