"Ugh, where are we?" Barry clutched his head, struggling to stand up as the world was spinning in his eyes. All he remembered was a flash of light and then waking up on the cold ground.
"That's a rhetorical question, right? Because how the fuck would we know where we are?" Kai helped up his girls as they, too, were disoriented. He rubbed Sasha's back as she threw up from dizziness.
"Honestly, I was expecting someone to come out of the shadows and tell us where we are."
"Heh, classic fantasy trope." Kai chuckled.
Kyana looked around, making sure not to whip her head around too fast. "We entered some portal, right. We're either somewhere else in the world, or in another dimension."
"We're in another dimension," Nadya confirmed.
Everyone turned to her. "How do you know?"
"Well, for one, the water is on fire."
