Kushina had transformed into Hiruzen and was currently engaged in battle with three members of the Donquixote Family, Senior Pink, Jora, and Machvise. The fight had her stretched thin.
Robin, who hadn't intended to join the fight, immediately leapt in to assist Kushina just in time.
"Thank you, Robin!"
As the saying goes, a single thread cannot make a cord, and a solitary tree cannot make a forest.
Kushina, though as tough as iron, was being overwhelmed by the trio's assault. Robin's arrival was like a blessing in the midst of a snowstorm.
"Kushina, this is what family is for, isn't it?"
A brilliant smile spread across Robin's face.
"Nico Robin?"
The Donquixote Family members on the battlefield instantly recognized her from her fighting style.
"Oh my, Captain, I've been recognized!"
Robin sheepishly glanced at the Arima clone who was fighting Vergo nearby.
"Haha, can't help it. I was going to play with them a bit more using ninjutsu anyway!"
The clone stopped concealing its identity, revealing its true form, and the others quickly reverted to their original appearances as well.
"Ugh, using Sarutobi's body in combat is really awkward!"
Kushina rubbed her stiff shoulders and complained.
"Hm? Is this it? What a pity… I haven't had my fill yet! Speaking in Hashirama's foolish tone is actually kind of fun!"
Mito also returned to her original form and tidied her loose hair.
"Yonko? Konoha?"
The Donquixote Family members were shocked to see their opponents' true identities, especially Doflamingo, whose face darkened considerably.
"Arima… why have you come to Dressrosa? Could it be…?"
Doflamingo's mind raced with a bold hypothesis.
Half a year ago, the Konoha Senju crew had vanished from the East Blue without a trace. Now, suddenly appearing here, could they be here to claim that treasure?
It was understandable that Doflamingo thought this way; anyone seeing Yonko appear unexpectedly on an ordinary island would naturally suspect ulterior motives.
"I'm just here for a little sightseeing!"
Arima replied with a helpless shrug, attempting a brief explanation.
"Fufufufu, Arima! You've come out to stop us… do you plan to fight Kaido?"
Doflamingo couldn't openly provoke Arima, so he invoked Kaido, the fellow Yonko, to intimidate him.
"Oh? And what might that mean?"
"Our Donquixote Family has always served Kaido. This plan is under his orders."
"Kaido?! Perfect. This land is now mine, Arima's territory. Tell Kaido he's welcome to come see me if he has any issues!"
Doflamingo's head broke out in a cold sweat. He had no desire to offend either Yonko, but today he had to withdraw from Dressrosa, which filled him with resentment.
No turning back now. Since he had already clashed with Konoha, he had to see it through. He immediately called Kaido.
"Hello, Doflamingo. How's it going?"
"Fufufu, Lord Kaido, Arima wants to speak with you!"
Doflamingo tossed the Den Den Mushi toward Arima.
"Hello, Kaido, nice to meet you. I'm Senju Arima!"
"Arima? Hahaha, good, fine young man! What's your business with me?"
"Dressrosa is my territory. If you want it, come and get it!"
Arima laid things out bluntly.
"Ohhh… Dressrosa? Where's that? …Fine, Arima. From what you're saying, it seems you've decided to go all out with me?"
Kaido slurred, drunk but delighted.
"Think whatever you want!"
"Good, good, hahaha! I was looking forward to meeting this Yonko!"
Kaido laughed heartily and crushed the Den Den Mushi.
Doflamingo's unease grew; he knew Kaido was notoriously capricious and would likely cause trouble for him later.
He glanced at Arima for a moment before finally saying in a deep voice, "…Let's go!"
"My lord!"
The others hurried to Doflamingo's side, ready to leave the trouble-filled island under his leadership.
They knew all too well the power of a Yonko. Despite this young man appearing gentle, if he lost his temper, every Donquixote member here would probably die.
"Wait, you can leave, but first, leave some compensation!"
Doflamingo turned to leave, but Tsunade blocked his path.
Doflamingo sneered darkly, "Fufufu, compensation? I don't recall the Donquixote Family owing you anything!"
Arima's gaze locked onto him, and he said coolly, "You destroyed this place, don't you owe compensation? And leave the Snow Snow Fruit for me!"
"You…!"
Doflamingo had never expected to be extorted today, and his anger boiled. His body involuntarily radiated terrifying Conqueror's Haki.
"What? No… or are you refusing?"
Arima's left eye transformed into the crimson Mangekyo Sharingan, chakra solidifying into the Susanoo giant.
Conqueror's Haki enveloped the entire giant. From atop its armored head, Arima loomed over Doflamingo like a god over an ant.
"Fufufu… Vergo, bring the items the Yonko need from the ship!"
Doflamingo's face darkened, his laugh hoarse and low.
"Yes, my lord!"
Vergo immediately rushed to the ship with the family executives.
"A Yonko truly isn't someone ordinary!"
"When your skills fall short, this is the result. Your family's methods are far more ruthless! Before leaving, leave behind your life card!"
"Arima, are you really trying to kill me?"
Doflamingo's anger flared, and he bent down into an attack stance, ready to charge recklessly.
"Forget it. I imagine you won't dare act so recklessly here again."
Arima's voice came from behind Doflamingo, making the man's hair stand on end.
Doflamingo turned in disbelief. Arima was less than a step behind him, his anger instantly turned to sheer terror. If Arima wanted him dead, it would be as effortless as crushing an ant.
Arima's expression was calm, but to Doflamingo, it felt like the ultimate mockery. Once, he had looked down on low-level pirates in the same way.
"Fufufu…!"
Doflamingo bent over, hand on his forehead, laughing, but his voice lacked its usual confidence, sounding instead low and desperate.
Monet couldn't bear it anymore. She wouldn't allow anyone to humiliate her lord. Grabbing an iron pipe, she charged at Arima furiously.
The girl appeared about Kushina's age. Arima easily sidestepped her attack.
Monet crashed to the ground, blood streaming from her knees.
Monet's younger sister, Sugar, stomped forward angrily, ready to settle the score with Arima.
Arima found the little girl adorable and bent down, extending his arms to embrace her, intending to adopt her and prevent her from going astray.
Doflamingo had felt hopeless, but seeing a glimmer of hope, his mood brightened. He thought: Sugar, if you succeed in this, you'll be my little sister, Doflamingo's!
Just as Arima was about to hold Sugar, his Observation Haki triggered, revealing a terrifying scene.
Sugar was pinned by Arima's unique Dojutsu. Her tiny hand was only inches from him, a hair's breadth from disaster.
