Chapter 7 - The Electric Tale of Pikachu-4

Suddenly, some drops fell on Pikachu's face and flowed down. Unconsciously, Pikachu rubbed his face to remove the drops. When he looked at his hand, he was struck with shock. He had a heart attack. His eyes widened in disbelief as he froze, unable to breathe. Cold sweat trickled down his spine; he was having a cardiac arrest. His hands, his face, and his neck were all covered in blood.

"No, this… this can't be it," Pikachu screamed in his head. He knew this blood was his trainer's. "I… I am drenched in my trainer's blood."

"I will save my trainer. He is dying to save me. I need to save him!"

Suddenly, he heard a thud....... Ash collapsed. "God Arceus, the greatest of the great, give me all the strength of my forefathers, just for a second. Jai Shree Arceus!" Pikachu prayed with complete devotion.

Without realising it, instinct took over. He jumped and unleashed the strongest Thunderbolt any Pikachu had ever conjured—the mother of all Thunderbolts. All the Spearows around Pikachu were completely electrocuted, including Ash, who was caught in the blast. They were charred and burnt to a crisp.

Thank goodness Team Rocket was not around; if they had been, they would have collected the bodies, cut away the burnt layers, and sold the meat in the name of top-quality broilers.

Soon, Pikachu collapsed from exhaustion.

After a few hours, Ash woke up. Though he was still bleeding, the blood loss had drastically reduced, and all of his internal injuries were healed—only external cuts and bruises remained. He felt dizzy and puzzled, but suspected it might be the effect of aura. To his surprise, it was raining, although the monsoon was still months away.

His head throbbed. The last thing he remembered was collapsing on the ground. Now, looking around, he noticed that all the Spearows were knocked out, and his Pikachu was unconscious in front of him. Misty's bicycle lay in ruins, completely burned.

Suddenly, it hit Ash that Pikachu must have unleashed an incredibly strong Thunderbolt, which also explained the rain, though he came up with this because of his knowledge from his previous life.

He picked up the unconscious Pikachu and hugged him tightly out of affection. Pikachu weakly opened his eyes and smiled. Just then, the rain stopped, and a beautiful rainbow formed overhead. As they looked up, they saw a magnificent golden bird flying above the rainbow.

Ash quickly pulled out his Pokédex, but it couldn't identify the creature, of course, since it was the Kanto Pokédex and not the Johto one. He decided to record a video of the golden Pokémon, believing the video would lead him to actual treasure.

Realising Pikachu was in critical condition—with internal injuries, exhaustion, overexertion and a high fever—he knew immediate treatment was necessary. Despite his legs feeling like dead, paralysed weight and his head suffering from a migraine, Ash was determined to reach Viridian as quickly as possible, even if he had to crawl.

Suddenly, he heard the sound of a motorbike. A woman with blue hair and a police uniform rode up. It was Officer Jenny.

Officer Jenny stopped in front of Ash and noticed Pikachu. Recognising him as the kid she had been ordered to rescue by Nurse Joy, she said, "Kid, sit down. I'll take you to the Pokémon Centre.

Officer Jenny drove as fast as she could, literally overspeeding through traffic. She jumped over other cars and cut through the Pokémon Centre gates right in front of Nurse Joy."

Although Nurse Joy was annoyed by her reckless behaviour, her irritation faded when she saw Ash and Pikachu. She quickly raised the urgency of their situation. With her Chansey, she admitted Ash and Pikachu to the emergency room, and the operation began.

After an hour, Ash was released from the emergency room. He was completely covered in bandages, resembling an Egyptian mummy. Pikachu was still in critical condition, suffering from severe internal injuries.

Ash felt guilty about what had happened to Pikachu and began to sob. When Nurse Joy came out of the emergency room, he quickly wiped away his tears.

Nurse Joy said, "Sir, you need to make payments for the treatment and stay."

Ash replied, "I am a trainer. I want to register for the Indigo League. I think that would cover the costs."

Nurse Joy explained, "Well, sir, if you register with the league, you will receive free treatment from the Pokémon Centre, a complimentary one-day stay, and meals. Would you like to register? You will need someone to vouch for you."

"Yes, I would like to register. Professor Oak can vouch for me," Ash responded, showing his Pokédex, which indicated that Professor Oak had sponsored him.

Nurse Joy nodded, registered Ash for the league, and gave him a badge case. Ash sighed with relief, thinking, 'Thank goodness I don't have to pay for treatment or a one-day stay.'

However, he soon became sad again, feeling a heaviness in his chest from the regret of not being able to protect Pikachu.

Suddenly, he heard the main door of the Pokémon Centre open. He saw Misty walking in. 'Wow, she looks even more beautiful than her sisters,' he thought. 'In this world, we're sixteen, and she has really developed features, those big boobs and jiggling ass. If I keep staring at her, I will have a boner soon.'

Misty approached him, holding the ruins of her once-beautiful bicycle. "You! How dare you destroy my bicycle? You will have to pay me back, or else…" she said, shaking Ash's shoulders furiously.

Suddenly, a tear fell from Ash's eye. Misty froze. He said, "I'm sorry…" as he wept. "I did it to save Pikachu. He is still in the emergency room in critical condition. Please forgive me. As soon as I get the money, I will pay for your bicycle."

Misty felt bad for him. She loved her Pokémon, too and realised how terrible Ash must have felt. She replied softly, "I'm sorry for being too harsh. I pray that he recovers soon, but I still haven't forgiven you. I will follow you until you pay me $10,000 for the bicycle."

Ash sighed but then smirked, though his face was mostly covered in badges, hiding his expression. 'Of course, you'll follow me. How can I let a hottie like you get away? I only have $1,000, which is my savings since childhood, but who cares? I'll pay her with my special services.'
