*~Leon's POV~*
By the time I arrived back, I saw Caspian lifting Aurora on his shoulder, carrying her as she was jerking her feet. I saw them from the window. Damn it, I was too late.
By the time I found the exit yesterday night, I was already tired. I just sat down to take a little rest. I didn't know when I dozed off. And now, I'm doomed, I said, biting my lips in anger.
"Damn it, what have I done? I'm a damn fool," I said.
And then, I felt a hand grab me from the back. I turned around to see Kildin staring at me.
"Nice to see you again, Leon. I finally found you."
I immediately released his grip off me and pushed him away slightly.
"What are you doing here?"
"I should be asking you that question. What are you doing here? Do you know the amount of people that are distressed—distressed and looking for you right now? Why you escaped with Aurora? Huh? You have a lot of explaining to do, as the Beta of the pack," Kildin said.
