His death doesn't concern the two, what concern them was their job to retrieve a treasure. Orad is still devouring remains, replenishing his strength.
Mubard grab Samion up and spoke "nasty old man, tell us where did you hide the heart!! Speak and spat it out! " enraged for what he found as his insect search for it everywhere in the tower was nothing of sort.
He did spat. Samion spat at Mubard face that is riddled with bugs.
"fuck off, you won't get anything from me! " he laugh but just his usual tone.
Extremely enraged. He punched him off strongly that it destroyed his face. And he flew far and crashed into the dungeon wall. The space limit of the dungeon.
Then he suddenly saw, his disciple orvel in a burnt appearance. Coming out of the portal. Apparently it was from overloading mana consumption.
"cough, orvel? How did you ope-" orvel interrupted and he panicked seeing his master's unrecognizable and unrecoverable appearance he could still see that it was his master.
"i-m back.. But w-what's happened here, master what happened to the dungeon.. And what happened to you. Quick master we gotta escape!" barely holding onto his consciousness.
Samion grabbed the shoulder of the weeping orvel and whispered "f.. ind.. the.. Olden Grand Summoners.. Cough, lost in the di.. mensions."
Confused and anxious orvel distraughtly answered "W-what do you mean master.... Master? " before he knew it. Samion pushed him to the portal behind orvel. A portal he forcefully opened with all he had. And teleported orvel back to where he came from.
"MASTER!!" he then disappeared swallowed by the portal as it vanished instantly. Just as it vanished.
A pressured punch went through, it didn't make it in time to hit it's target and instead hit the dungeon wall. Cracks and shatters are very severe the dungeon might collapse. That punch came from mubard. "what was that? Who could that person be?"
He look at the old man but he saw was but a lifeless body of an old man. Mubard was pissed. He took out a weird lamp from his out of nowhere and mubard spoke in a very devilish manner.
"Samion you dare die in front of me! You think I will let you off? Orad you there?" he tweaked a little bit on his lamp and the lamp it up, sucking Samion soul. He tried corrupting the soul to gain information but for some reason. Samion soul has mental immunity and cannot be attacked so mubard's attempt fail.
"what is it mubard? Can't you see I'm busy eating" claimed orad. Chomping on his dragon meals.
"just do it" said mubard.
"kekekeke it's easy" he grinned as he touched samion's body. The main part where the demon God's fragment located. The body begun and suddenly convulse and shook. Suddenly it grows a limbs and continued to grow and it's branching out. More and more limbs grows. The limbs grew eyes, mouth each.
It transformed into a giant carnivorous tree with a very deformed and ugly appearance. It's bark is its flesh. It's ears are countless leaves. It has lots of eyes and a moving and extendable branches and roots as limbs and it has mouths each. It is truly a terrifying existence. But yet it's still lifeless.
Orad exclaimed "what a marvelous masterpiece kekekeke"
"This is our present to you, people of blumelia hahahaha" mubard laugh maniacally.
Mubard trapped the soul lamp inside the monster and using his plague ability. It gave it life using a parasitic virus and gave it instincts to eat. Destroy. And devour. And it revived into a monstrous giant tree that will later devour all the beast on each floor as it branches out higher. Until it reached the surface. Putting the city above in peril. And both vanished from the place and gone back from the dimension where they made a base into. But may soon return to take back what they desired to take.
