Mu Xian was taken aback, instinctively turning his head to look at Yu Wenye, he felt that Yu Wenye's entire demeanor had darkened.
Suddenly, everything went black.
The pitch darkness where you couldn't see your own fingers left Mu Xian stunned. It took him a moment to realize the candle inside the tent had just gone out in an instant; he hurried to the door and shouted outside, "Bring the light!"
Soon, a soldier rushed in and replaced the candle on the candlestick.
The candlelight slowly reignited, illuminating the tent once again. Mu Xian turned back, only to see Yu Wenye sitting motionless behind the desk, his face showing no unusual expression, seemingly calm. But thinking of how he had remained so calm after hearing the news made Mu Xian a bit uneasy.
