"Wh-what is this?"
Elder Ma's pupils shrank.
But he didn't have any time to react; he suddenly felt a surging force from the sea of consciousness sweep right through his body, as if about to strike deep into his soul.
Sensing this, Elder Ma was terrified, realizing how deadly this soul attack was. He flicked his finger, sending a wooden spike instantly shooting at Qin Qi.
"Qin, die!"
But before he could finish speaking,
the Celestial Joyful Witch's spirit attack burst through his sea of consciousness; that Shocking God Needle pierced his soul like a needle.
After Elder Ma unleashed his final attack, his flight light immediately dissipated, his body dropping from the sky.
With a heavy thud, he slammed into the ground.
But that last wooden spike, without a doubt, used up Elder Ma's remaining mana.
Even though Qin Qi reacted quickly enough, the wooden spike still pierced through her chest.
