During their break at the hospital, Sakura and Ino spotted a familiar figure—it was Naruto with his girlfriend. They felt proud seeing Naruto's kindness in accompanying his girlfriend to the hospital. They nodded proudly at Naruto, who had always been known for his good nature since school. But the truth turned out to be quite different: Naruto's girlfriend, Hyuuga Hinata, was pregnant!
Naruto and Hinata were both extremely embarrassed to reveal the truth to Sakura and Ino. The two sweet couples were shocked—it was their first time.
Naruto: "A month ago, I was careless…"
Ino gasped and covered her face in embarrassment. Naruto admitted honestly that he had forgotten something important back then—repeatedly and enthusiastically.

Surprised, Sakura turned and instantly understood Ino's meaning.
Sakura: "Hey, you guys already…?"

Naruto: "Hinata-chan, don't be sad… we'll get married, you don't have to be afraid… I'll take responsibility!"
Hinata just nodded, still shy and confused. She had agreed to Naruto's desire back then, and they truly loved each other.
Sakura and Ino fell silent for a moment, becoming mere background characters to this dazzlingly in-love couple.

A few days passed, and wedding invitations were received by Sakura and the Uchiha family. Mikoto, who was Kushina's best friend, congratulated her. Jealousy arose—Sasuke and Itachi weren't even married yet. Worse, Itachi had chosen to live alone. Nowadays, people had many options not to marry—unlike the past.

Sasuke stared at the wedding invitation for a long time. Back in school, he was always the one making Naruto jealous—and he took pride in that! Now Naruto was getting married before him!
He remembered high school, when Hyuuga Hinata used to sneak peeks at Naruto.

Sasuke thought hard. How did Naruto and Hinata end up getting married so quickly? He ordered someone to investigate because his curiosity was overwhelming—and the result was shocking. Sasuke had never even thought of doing something like that with a girlfriend!
He silently glanced at Sakura, who always clung to Itachi.
Sasuke: (Who's going to be your husband? Me or my brother?)
Sasuke couldn't accept the reality that he had lost to Naruto—the once naive, goofy guy who smiled to himself and did pointless things. Now he was ahead of Sasuke? A step above him? Someone like Naruto?
Frustrated, Sasuke went to the kitchen for a drink and saw Sakura also drinking. Their eyes met.
Sasuke watched as Sakura walked past him without saying a word. He didn't stop her—he stepped aside and went to drink water. While drinking, Sasuke nearly choked as he thought:

He recalled someone he knew and wondered how to get a woman's attention. The person he contacted was Hatake Kakashi.
