The hallway was empty, and it was quiet after class. Lin was walking quickly toward the place where she and Leo had agreed to meet, when she heard footsteps behind her. She turned around to find Leo coming toward her with confident steps, as if something was waiting for him. Her dark hair swayed with every movement, and her eyes held a hesitant look, but she couldn't run away now.
Leo approached her quickly, until there was very little distance between them. He was staring at her, his eyes heavy with an uncomfortable exploration. He was standing in front of her, and she felt like her every move was being watched.
"Lynn..." he said her name slowly, then continued, his gaze lingering on her chest, as if he enjoyed the pressure, "I know you're in need, and you know I can help you. But this time, it will be different."
He was silent for a moment, then added in a clearer tone, "If you need money, all you have to do is agree with me on one condition... I want you to have sex, with me, my way. That's what I'll ask for in exchange for help."
His voice was calm, but her words were wounding the air between them, making it more complicated. His gaze never left hers, and there was something strange in his eyes, something that couldn't be ignored.
Lin felt her heart start to beat faster, and her senses were on alert. Every part of her body was disturbed by those looks, by the way he was putting his terms in front of her as if she had no choice.
Then, without waiting for an answer, he reached out and grabbed her soft, white hand. Her hand was slightly warm, but his hand was strong, hard in its grip, as if pushing her forward.
"Come with me." He said it in a soft voice, but it was so full of confidence that she didn't object. His hands meant more than a simple request. He was holding her as if she was his now, as if one moment had ended, and another had begun in which he was in control.
Lin was in a state of confusion, her eyes moving back and forth between his hand and face. She tried to pull her hand away, but his grip was tighter than she expected. He looked at her with a slight smile on his lips and continued, "Nothing will hurt you. Just... Be quiet."
This caused a strange sense of terror and hesitation within her, but she was helpless to react or escape. His footsteps were taking her to a place far away from everyone, to uncharted territory, where his terms would become clearer.
