Because when Benjamin activates it, he seems to not be in the same time frequency as Shawn.
However, the 9-ring spell 'Time Freeze' is of too high a tier, and even a Holy Relic can hardly retain such a strong ability.
Thus, Shawn speculates it might be the Mind Path's 6-ring spell — 'Time Acceleration'!
