Although Shawn's ascension speed is faster than many Transcendents, completing in six months what other Wizards take three years to achieve, reaching the level of a Third Ring Wizard in one breath. But the Bizarre Realm isn't a place that provides you with normal time for growth. When at the Butcher's, strong mind Transcendents secretly targeted Shawn, planting mind suggestions, and upon returning to the Realm of Reality, he repeatedly encountered High Tier Transcendents. Currently, perhaps even a Path of Destiny Legendary has entered the Realm of Reality, arriving at Dorne City.

The Bizarre Realm doesn't subscribe to the idea of the strong oppressing the weak, otherwise Lorice wouldn't have died so inexplicably.
