Thus, the new trio of death gods is almost entirely in place.
Shirek inherited most of Bane's power, especially conflict and murder. Clemore inherited Mircro's domains of death and the deceased, while Duncan forcibly snatched a piece for himself by obtaining the concept of slaughter and seized the law related to tyranny.
Duncan did not acquire the divine position of 'murder,' even though he has fully taken over Baal's Divine Country. He only gained one concept of death, the domain of slaughter.
Murder was Baal's personal interpretation of death; he abandoned the watermelon and took a sesame seed.
