In the vast icefield, accompanied by the mournful cry of a large horned deer, a monstrous humanoid beast appeared in the blizzard.
It had a form similar to a Beastman, with blood-stained claws and sharp fangs biting into the neck of its prey. After quenching its thirst with the prey's blood, the monstrous beast slowly lifted its head, gazing into the Barbarian tribe in the distance.
Another Essence Totem hunted.
After the end of the Saint's Calamity, Mara's power was weakened by the ever-growing Lord of Storms, so it had to seek other ways to enhance itself. It first hunted several with Divine-like Power, then killed the God of Crocodiles from the Muerholland Pantheon, shortly thereafter Mara entered the Northern Icefield, eagerly hunting for those Essences with a Divine essence.
Through this series of killings, Mara's worship was greatly enhanced, and it also gained more worshippers among divine-like beings.
