He nervously hugged Aurelia Shaw, "Why are you crying? What happened?"
Aurelia Shaw was dazed, "It seems like I had a nightmare."
"What did you dream about?" Mason Nightshade asked her.
Aurelia Shaw shook her head, "I forgot."
Mason Nightshade wanted to laugh and pinched Aurelia Shaw's face, "You've been thinking too much during the day."
Awake, Aurelia Shaw couldn't fall asleep.
Mason Nightshade held Aurelia Shaw but also wasn't sleepy.
Aurelia Shaw thought about their current situation and said, "Do you think there's any misunderstanding about the events five years ago?"
Mason Nightshade stiffened for a moment but concealed it well. He touched her face and said, "I'll investigate thoroughly, don't worry."
To Aurelia Shaw, it sounded like he was just brushing her off, so she furrowed her brow, "Mason Nightshade, I'm talking seriously with you! I always feel there's another hidden truth about the events five years ago... or do you think it's all my imagination?"
