Later, he slapped the table and figured it out: before, whenever Mason served porridge for Aurelia, she never drank it and served herself instead! But today, Aurelia drank the porridge Mason served her!
There's definitely something going on between these two.
Mason Nightshade's private helicopter landed in the courtyard.
This was just a temporary residence, no baggage, they could leave immediately, and Mason was planning to change places anyway.
He found out that crazy Alaric Wood actually tracked them down.
He will never let that lunatic take Aurelia Shaw away again!
Since that lunatic likes searching, let him search everywhere.
He's left a bunch of traps for him to fall into.
The brat's too unruly; he has to teach him a lesson.
It just so happens that Aurelia wanted to go home, and Mason agreed.
Alaric probably wouldn't expect that he took the little girl home, leaving an empty shell there for him to mess with.
The helicopter landed.
