Chapter 47 - Chapter 47 (Galactic War (4))

After seizing control of Ultronia, King Larthur wasted no time. He fortified his armies, trained his fleets, and launched a surprise assault on one of Carter's outer planets. But the order was unusual:

> "Cause chaos. Burn their trust. And retreat."

---

At Hero Town

Back on Earth, in Hero Town, Ron arrived alongside Locki, his old friend and now chief of police. They saw the skies filled with activity—Carter and his department were boarding spaceships, ready to respond to the attack.

Ron and Locki quickly joined them. Aboard the command ship, Carter briefed them:

> "Larthur struck one of our planets. It's bad. We need to see it ourselves."

As they launched, Ron tried contacting DA through their private channel. But the old warrior simply responded:

> "Not this time."

They arrived at the attacked planet—and were stunned.

Buildings were crumbling, smoke filled the air, systems were offline. But… no one was killed.

Carter frowned. "Why strike… and not conquer?"

He stood silently, processing, then turned sharply.

> "It's a trap. Everyone—back to Earth. Now!"

---

High above, in his black-armored warship, King Larthur watched a hologram of the planet. His spy approached.

> "Why retreat after causing minor damage? We could've taken that planet."

Larthur smiled coldly.

> "That was never the target."

He gestured to a star map showing Earth.

> "While they rush to protect rubble, we burn their home."

Thousands of warships followed behind him like a shadowy swarm.

---

By the time Carter's ships turned back, it was already too late.

Larthur's fleet descended on Hero Town—on Earth itself.

From every angle, missiles, plasma rays, and arcane weapons rained down.

The sky turned red.

The oceans boiled.

The land cracked.

Earth became a ball of fire.

And everything… everyone… was engulfed in flame.

After unleashing total destruction, King Larthur's warships turned away from what they believed was Earth—now a burning ruin, reduced to ash.

Satisfied, Larthur returned to Ultronia, declaring victory.

But he had been deceived.

Moments later, Ron, Carter, Locki, and the rest of the team landed on Earth… and froze.

Everything was peaceful.

No smoke. No wreckage. No fire.

Hero Town was untouched.

> "What… the hell?" Carter whispered.

Locki activated his special ability—Truth Sight—and stared toward the sky.

A faint vision unraveled before his eyes.

He saw it clearly now:

Just after Ron's message…

DA had opened a massive portal just beyond the solar system

The invading fleet, as it approached, had unknowingly entered that spatial gate

Inside the gate was a duplicate solar system, created through advanced illusion and spatial distortion

They destroyed a fake Earth.

And now… DA was sleeping peacefully in his distant home, drained but smiling faintly.

Locki turned to the group.

> "It was all a trick. DA… he moved the battlefield."

> "Moved?" Ron asked.

> "He created a false solar system. The warships destroyed a copy, not the real Earth. We were never in danger."

Everyone stared at one another in disbelief.

Then Carter laughed—bitter and relieved.

> "He outplayed Larthur."

With spirits reignited and Earth safe, the team knew what had to come next.

> "This time," Ron said, stepping forward,

"We attack Ultronia."

Ships were prepared. Soldiers armed. Magic and tech synced.

This wasn't defense anymore—this was retaliation.

King Larthur thought he'd won.

But war was just beginning.
